I shifted From Canada i am doctor . I used to practice yoga in Canada but worried what i will do in Pakistan , i searched google and found Arfa Zahid and stuck to Club forever , What an amazing yoga guru she can truly a healer and yes her school of thought Indus Yoga can beat an international level . Community we feel like a family This club only not just benefits u to be smart or fit the reiki and wonderful meditation makes ur mind and soul feel free . The coach's behaviors are not fair. poor management I've been a member of this club for the past three months, but I haven't noticed any changes in my lifestyle, which jerks. Overall, it is not preferable to someone who completely wastes time and money.
