Employee's where helpful, but I went to go use the restroom to only find out there was no separate gender restrooms. There where urinals in the same bathroom with stalls and women where blocking other women inside the stall's for extra protection. The men didn't seem comfortable either, multiple men either refused to use the restroom or would wait till the women where done so they could just pee. There was no other option, for a private bathroom. Overall the whole experience was uncomfortable, both male and female seemed disgusted at this new change.

BE CAREFUL WOMEN AND CHILDREN! I’ve been going to this Walmart for a while but they have a serious security problem! Today I went and there were men preying on my daughter and I! There was a man walking around with something in his hand that looked like a blue comb or something with a very strong chemical that was attached to it. My daughter and I became extremely light headed and our mouth and noses went numb because of how strong it was. I just got out as fast as a could with very little breathing… when I went to the parking lot one of those men were waiting in front of the store with hazards on and windows down. Btw these men were not shopping! They were looking at women and children following them around. My husband called security and we heard nothing back from them. Just know that they don’t take security seriously at all! BE CAREFUL!!!

I’m checking myself out because there’s no employees to be found on registers so I’m pretty much doing another job on my day off . Not to mention I have the “cashier” standing behind me as my bill is approaching $250 badgering me “did you scan that , did you forget about this” . I’m already doing your job for free and now I can’t even do it in peace . This place is garbage . I’ll go to Georgia St moving forward…

Walmart you've out done yourselves...I thank you for the fantastic customer service and prices in from out of town but was still allowed great return and purchase services by your establishment which I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get, but I was surprised to the professional kind courtesy of this establishment,y'all have made my out of town trip that much more worth it and pleasurable thank you for the awesome service ,! Keep up the fantastic work Walmart...That's truly Team work at its finest, but all performed and executed by each individual !!!!.......

This Walmart store has some amazing employees. Sandra has been a big help to us many times. We appreciate her and her kindness and willingness to help. The pharmacy is amazing. We recently relocated to Amarillo from Nevada and the pharmacy was so helpful in getting all of our prescriptions transferred. We thank all the staff for taking such great care of us. Thank you!!

WORST WALMART IN AMARILLO. My car got broken into and I made a police report and APD did absolutely nothing about it. They said that the cameras at this Walmart aren't that great and they couldn't catch the thief. They told me they didn't have sufficient evidence to go on with my case, and my case was shut down. Yet if you steal a bag of cheese from Walmart, they catch you on camera and haul you off to jail! Ya.. okay. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART. STAFF sucks and is unhelpful.

Don’t buy the meat or produce. Three times buying bad tainted meat and produce that last maybe 2 days. We have purchased from Walmart for years. Someone is lying on expiration dates. Also check sales because most the time the reduced shelf price is seldom updated to scan out. Countless times we have had to show pictures to get the sale price they have listed. Once we observed 4 teenage boys playing bumper cars with the electric handicap units. Reported them to a employee, later saw the employee and she said the manager just told them to be careful for other customers. So basically never mind the poor handicap folks who can’t find a unit to do shopping or why none are charged up. My opinion is they should have been told to leave the store. This all adds up to one thing, poor management.

This location consistently meets my needs. My staples are in stock. My online grocery orders are correct. The pharmacy staff is nice. Plus, I had a great vision center experience for my first pair of glasses.👌🏿

Made a pickup order and was told they would hold it for 2 days and canceled it 24hrs after it was ready while we were in the parking lot and while we were shopping In store we picked out a TV they had on the shelf and at the register they said TV was not for sale til over a week later and they wouldn't sell us a TV at a comparable price. We drive 120 miles and can't just come at any time. Unreasonable practices.

Had a wonderful conversation with the door greeter, John, as I went in. It started with plants and ended with stories of our furry friends lol! Needless to say I bought a plant!

We went into the store looking for a specific Christmas gift item and found only one. Of course it was on the very top shelf and we couldn’t reach it. I found the nearest employee who happened to be Tawana. Tawana was in the middle of doing something but stopped to help us real quick. Tawana was very helpful and quick! Very thankful for the kindness during the Christmas last minute shopping.

This was the typical Walmart. It has some of what you need. A lot that you don't (haha) it did however, have a Build-A-Bear with the friendliest young lady working there. She talks super fast so I had to ask her to repeat a lot of what she said.

I'm not sure what to say about Walmart. You can shop here for a wide variety of food and non-food items. You will need to check yourself out at a kiosk since cashiers operate only one or two registers.

No checkers at all..only self checkout, I saw a gentleman leave his full cart and walkout for this reason. Told the group of employees standing there where he left it that I agree with him. I just got off work myself and I don't want to come to do another job I'm not getting paid to do

Low on employees in the store. Checklines are few,unless your doing checkout yourself. Alot of items not put out on shelves. If you're looking for a specific item, have someone check in the back before leaving .

We feel there was an excellent selection of Halloween candy. There were a lot of holiday displays which made aisles almost impassable. Self check out was very easy!

Please please go back to providing better customer service. Please hire cashiers. Please hire more help. You're a giant corporation, you can afford to hire more help. Having a skeleton crew is so hard on the few employees that are there. Please go back to being a decent company.

If it wasn't for the COVID vaccine people hassling patrons leaving, it would have been perfect.

Busy and for once stocking clerks were working everywhere, so questions were answered quickly and product found and more sales made. Thks.

See the photo I just put up today sept 22 , Thursday Huge big screen in the parking lot pushing getting vaccinated and people dressed up in costumes pushing injecting children with their vaccines - I will stop going to Walmart altogether if this keeps up . By now after 2 years we have all made our decision about these matters and don’t appreciate this - makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience .

A very mis-organized store making shopping frustrating. Not enough check out clerks. Self-check out hard when you have lots of items and no place to put sacked items. Larger self-check areas where either busy with a line or not open. I doubt I will be a returned shopper.

For as busy as it gets I think they do a very good job of keeping things moving and keeping things stocked. Every store nowadays is a madhouse. But atleast this one has done a pretty good job of organizing the chaos.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I haven't had a bad experience here. I wish the price of groceries in general could be stabilized. The hunt for the best bargains is always being searched out. Looking forward to the holidays.
