I liked the food and the service was excellent. Nice hotel with pool and magnificent gardens.

Whenever I come to Antigua I like to eat breakfast in this Hotel. Nice view, friendly staff and tasty food.

Definitely a nice place to stay, people were extremely courteous, the rooms are nice and clean, the courtyard is beautiful and well maintained, we stayed from Friday and Sunday, perfect place for a relaxing time, we loved it👍🏽👍🏽

Can’t have food delivered while the restaurant is open. Guess they don’t want you to see that there is better food than what they offer. Pool is advertised as heated but it’s broken and cold. No refrigerator because they probably want you to spend more money at their restaurant. I’ll give 2 stars for fast wifi though.

Rooms are cramped, beds are as soft as the floors, stairs to get to the room consistently smells like urine, you can’t bring in your food or leftovers into your room when the restaurant is open. Says they have a heated pool but is never heated in the slightest. Only good thing about this place is that the courtyard looks nice & it has fast wifi. Will not come here again. Will not advise anyone to come here.

Very nice hotel. The service was great and the place is really beautiful. They work with other hotels in Guatemala who are very good too.

Beautiful hôtel. Large garden inside very pretty. Staff is very kind and ready to help Rooms are quiet large and clean. The atmosphère is very calm and pleasant. There is a parking for car It is not in the center but 15 min walking or 5 min by car I recommand !

A bit far from the center of town, we stayed here for to high tourist numbers for Semana Santa. The rooms are fine although the single beds are a bit narrow with a hard mattress. The showers/bath worked fine with hot water. Restaurant menu is limited but decent. The staff are not ideally efficient but are friendly.
