Once
and
never
again!!!!
If
it
were
up
to
me
there
wouldn't
even
be
1
star!!!!
I
received
a
car
from
Europcar
through
my
insurance
company.
Well,
what
can
you
say
about
the
car,
I
drove
it
and
what
is
it,
the
car
has
a
defect.
As
I
found
out
the
next
day,
this
was
already
known
and
also
at
the
workshop,
but
as
you
can
see
the
car
was
returned
unrepaired.
There's
no
chance
that
Europcar
will
check
it,
so
it's
better
to
leave
the
consumer
alone
with
the
problem.
So
I
stopped
the
car.
With
the
emergency
center
on
hold
over
and
over
again,
several
times
because
I
had
called
them
several
times.
So
she
wasn't
even
able
to
alert
a
towing
service
within
7
hours
despite
repeated
calls.
I
still
had
5
hours
until
my
next
shift
at
work
and
no
one
at
headquarters
was
interested.
After
1000
calls
and
a
full
7
hours,
it
was
agreed
that
the
key
would
be
left
at
the
gas
station
and
the
towing
service
would
pick
up
the
key
there.
I
also
told
the
emergency
center
that
the
car
should
be
towed
before
8
a.m.
otherwise
there
would
be
a
ticket!!!!!
Not
only
was
the
weather
no
longer
that
warm,
but
when
I
got
home
to
get
some
sleep,
they
didn't
even
know
who
had
towed
the
car
away
from
the
towing
service,
let
alone
where
the
car
was.
And
the
end
of
the
matter
is
that
I
have
to
pay
the
traffic
ticket,
even
though
everything
has
been
deposited
with
the
headquarters
and
I
specifically
said
so.
Absolute
impudence,
instead
of
someone
having
the
idea
to
read
the
notes
about
what
went
wrong
that
night,
NO
hairy
Europcar
on
the
money
from
the
traffic
ticket
plus
reminder
fees.
Despite
the
statement!!!!
