Nunca tinha utilizado dos serviços, mas escolhi agendar meu morfológico de 2° trimestre nessa clínica, pois foi uma das únicas que permitiam gravação, porém ao chegar no dia e horário marcado, onde me programei no meu trabalho e também o meu esposo, fui surprrendida com a frase: A doutora não irá fazer seu exame tá?! Simplesmente a atendente agendou o exame obstétrico para mim e não o morfológico, tal exame que é demorado e segundo ela precisa ser reservado 3 horários para realizá -lo. A atendente ainda foi super ignorante e me culpou dizendo que se ela agendou o obstétrico foi porque eu disse que era o obstétrico. Me lembro muito bem do dia que liguei para agendar, a mesma me pediu o número da minha carteirinha do convênio para verificar qual exame estava autorizado e pedido pelo médico no sistema e a mesma me confirmou que era o morfológico assim como eu havia falado! Me perguntou de quantas semanas eu estava para agendar um dia dentro do prazo de 20 a 24 semanas que é o período que se realiza esse tal exame, eu ainda perguntei se poderia gravar e ela disse sim, eu disse que no dia do exame estaria para completar 23 semanas, em fim, foi tudo muito claro, muito esclarecido e bem conversado no momento do agendamento. Acredito que como ela mesma disse que não lembrava o que eu tinha dito há ela no momento do agendamento, pois atende 1 milhão de pessoas no dia, então ela deve ter se confundido no momento de selecionar ou anotar no sistema o exame a ser realizado, ou seja, o erro foi dela, mas a mesma me constrangeu na frente das pessoas e afirmou que eu tinha errado, sendo que a única pessoa que liguei e falei naquele dia assim que saí do consultório do meu Obstétra foi com ela, e eu sabia muito bem qual exame estava agendando. Lamentável, não voltarei a utilizar dos serviços!
