I was really exited to go to W spa to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. However, since we show up the staff were very rude towards us, it was our first time there and they didn’t explain we’re things were , how the lockers worked. Plus the sauna wasn’t working that day which we got notified before but even the other facilities including hot and cold bath were really really small , the room temperature was chilli. We asked to order some drink while in the pool and the woman serving them said that we had to go back inside and order them there (in a really not polite way) at that point instead of stay 2 hours we left after 1 hour because we went there to relax and enjoy our time and nothing of that took place. I was really disappoint with the service and the facilities and I definitely won’t be back again

I was given a gift card for my birthday for a massage. While the massage was wonderful, the facilities were dirty (toilets over flowing, toilet paper and clogged sinks, wet towels from departed guests everywhere) and over booked. I booked to use the pool area first and there was no free beds or anywhere to sit. After the massage I just went home instead of showering there as the facilities were so dirty. Not what you would expect from a W hotel

The spa is huge, with fantastic amenities. We were so lucky to have it completely to ourselves! Hot stone massage was AMAZING!!! The old bank features have been kept throughout, makes it quite unique. Relaxing and peaceful. Exceptional in every way!!!

Highly recommend the spa/sauna. It’s got multiple hot and cold baths (jacuzzi, cold bath, fire bath), as well as steam room, sauna, and pool! Highly recommend to book a massage too

Beautiful spa

Everything great! We would like to come again. Included in a two-hour AWAY spa visit: towels, bathrobe, bathing shoes; A hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are also available in the changing rooms/showers. Tea can be ordered fresh from the staff at the counter. The savings area on the ground floor also offers small, free ones water bottles.

What a wonderful, open minded and kind spa staff. Beautiful, calm facilities and a super great facial. We had a wonderful time, worth a visit.

Amazing, luxurious experience. The color palette of this spa was relaxing when compared to the traditional grays and whites- I loved it. The wet area was gender neutral btw. I had no issues with this but just as an FYI for anyone that has this concern! The concierge was professional and very helpful and the woman that did my facial was also professional as well as knowledgeable. She tweaked my service based on what she believed my skin needed as per my request. I left feeling clean, relaxed, and even more in love with Amsterdam. The retail area was great and had many different products to choose from! I only wish I had been recommended some skincare products suitable for my concerns to take home with me! I will definitely return if the opportunity comes.

We had hotel credit by booking through AMEX, and the hotel credit could only be used for in room dining, W lounge and the spa. We decided to book the spa a couple days beforehand but it was fully booked so we were only able to book 2x 45 minutes (back, neck and shoulders) massages at different times. Excellent massage by Chrisa and I was glad she really delivered a firm massage. We were glad we decided to book a massage and got a time slot for it. Thank you Chrisa!! My husband’s masseuse was called Monika and he said he enjoyed his massage very much! :)

Came here with my wife for a massage and using the spa facilities on Jan 1st 2024. They had zero bathrobes left due to ‘holiday season’. And no towels in the dressing room. What made this worse that staff at spa reception were not proactively telling people this upon arrival but after you changed you realized that that was no bathrobe or towel (!) in the dressing room. I had to get dressed again to go outside and find staff who then brought a single towel. Staff informed us that they have not received clean bathrobes for 3-4 days so this was not even a one-day issue. Found it rather unprofessional for a spa located at a W hotel to not be prepared to have towels and bathrobes, basic thing for any spa. The massage by Clayton was really good. Also the spa facilities were nice but in the sauna, there was a 1-2 cm deep pool of water all over the ground. Staff saw it several times, nothing was done.

Omg, the whole experience was amazing. I love that the spa was once a bank vault along with the ways they incorporated it into the decor. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and the spa is a great way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. My massage therapist, Laurie, was superb! She was lovely, gracious, friendly, and ensured I had a great hot stone massage. The treatment was so relaxing I caught myself snoring 3 times. I loved that she was able to work out all of my tension and overstretched muscles without digging into my muscles where it would be painful. I felt like a new woman after leaving the spa. I would highly recommend and when I come to Amsterdam, I would certainly return here for another treatment with Laurie! Thank you!

Ridiculous spa. Worth every penny. Steam room is A+ (smells great and gets really hot). Cold plunge is a bit on the warmer side but design is incredible , one of a kind. Pool and hot tubs great too. Special thanks to Camille at the desk for being so sweet and helpful! Also, Worth the day pass entry price if you’re wondering (60 or 70 euro!

Hello, I have send over 15 emails since over the past 2.5 months (6th of January) to try and book an appointment to spend the gift card my friends got me. I also rang numerous times but the phone is not picked up. Maybe because it is a gift card it is not a priority for the team? Can someone please reply?

Very average classic and hot stone massages, overbooking in the wet area. Bad value for money. Damage !

We were there for a day at the spa. Spa is amazing and staff is great. The ladies at the spa reception were extremely friendly and nice. And Osman was also very friendly. Had a great conversation with him, while he was cleaning the lockers.

I went there on 01/19/24 for my mother's birthday, we were well received, special attention to Cécilia, who was really adorable and very caring. Otherwise all the staff were attentive, really professional, really nice, we came to take a break with Paris and there is no photo! The massages and spa wow perfect. I will come back as soon as I am in Amsterdam.

Jasmine is amazing, made everything so comfortable. She is truly a gem.
