Absolutely awesome customer service! Local UK garage offer was £1400 to repair my Mercedes W205 radio unit. I contacted Mbnaviworld via email and sent them the unit via UPS. They sent me back a working unit and connected remotely to complete Anti-Chief configuration. All in all the repair cost me £300. Good saving vs local UK garage cost, who assured me it is impossible to install an aftermarket radio unit in my Mercedes. If you know how to hold a screwdriver, talk to those guys before throwing money away in a local garage... not mentioning a MB dealer.

I cannot praise this company enough. I sent my W222 NG5 Comand to them from the UK for repair. The service I received was first class and they could not have been more helpful. Fixed my Comand and sent it back to me within 5 days. Saved me thousands of pounds as Mercedes dealer was telling me I needed a new Comand. Thank you MBNAVIWORLD for the fantastic work you do.

i write from france, I want to thank the team Mbnaviworld for their professionalism, the GPS of my c63 amg no longer worked, impossible to put the language in French and no cd update worked, the mercedes dealer tells me he do not even know what to do and it would be better to change the whole unit for 2000 euro, Mbnaviworl to change my hard drive, put the language in french and performs the update 2019 for 10 times less expensive! thank you very much !
