Stayed here for 1 night on a bike tour. We carried our bikes up the outside stairs & kept them in our room, which was great. Food was excellent, both dinner & breakfast. Room was great. Recommended.

First time in Castricum. Two days in a row I was eating here. More the satisfied. Ordered onion soup with cheese. Super tasty. Then I tried salad with goat cheese and wallnuts, next day grilled mushrooms with bacon and onion. More then satisfied. Main food I have ordered from grill, tasty, extra spicy option too which is supercool. I loved they offer a complete english/german menu book also, which is nice for a foreign as me. All the personal speaks english, and they are supernice, friendly. The portions were enough for me, price range is also more then acceptable watching what I have encountered in different countries. Ambient supercool, music is perfect for my taste also. I will definitelly come back. And I recommend to everyone this place. Plus, the beer is TOP. :)

Great restaurant that conjures up a delicious menu even with food intolerances. It's rare to find something like this and we were all the happier to have discovered it by chance

Took family from New Zealand for dinner and was extremely impressed with the level of service and exceptionally good food, thank you for a lovely evening.

The location was fully booked, but we've got a table outside, aside the road. The ordered 300g black angus rib eye was never the meat we've ordered. For 30 Euros for a piece of meat we had ordered medium and got it as medium rare, definitely not worth it. Beer was great, service excellent.

Devils marinade spareribs are awesome!!!

During Covid we could take two very good steaks. Meal was complete and really good. Recommended if you want to eat out at home.

Meat side excellent. Good selection beverages. Only negative was coleslaw it needs pepping up, have a word with Jamie Oliver or Gorden Ramsey. Top people running the restaurant. Sphere is in good harmony..

The location (opposite a railroad crossing) isn't terrific, but being across from a train station is absolutely great of course, plenty of free parking space at a short distance walking. The food was absolutely great, sizable portions and tasted brilliant. The staff is very friendly and provides good service. Would definitely recommend anyone to go and visit if you're in the area (or even a little further away).

We had a really lovely meal. Service was great and even explained food in English for us. The steak was the best i have ever had. Would certainly go to this resturqnt again.

Excellent steakhouse for meat and fish dishes. Park across the tracks and start enjoying. It is one of our favorite restaurants and when the move from Heemskerk to Castricum we simply travel a bit more.

The restaurant is beautiful and romantic. The food is great and the reception and service are great
