    My daughter and I drove through your drive through on Mar.5, 2022. We ordered 2 Classic Sandwiches with Hash Browns and drinks. Upon receiving our order I asked, “ Is it all there?” As the bag felt light. The response was, “Yup, it’s all there.” We drove back out to the highway and began opening up the bag and to our surprise there were no Hash Browns. It was too difficult to turn around on the Transcanada Highway so we kept going. Minus our Hash Brown that we paid for.

    You guys are slipping ! My order is often wrong... Coffee is often very watery or old. I think twice before I go there now.

    ETA: we've had three instances where the lids were not on properly. Today the mishap caused a huge mess all over the front of my vehicle, and completely ruined my breakfast wrap. Aside from burning a part of my leg. Cashier's are friendly most days, ordinarily fairly quick, popular location, but order accuracy is not always on point, 2/3 wrong orders in the last week, but it could have just been an off week, a little busier than usual Edit since my last review. My last two experience here have been awful. I recieved a faulty cup for my tea and was burnt when it fell all over myself and my vehicle, when brought to the cashiers attention they rudely asked what it was the replace it. Secondly, their line is not clear, two open cashes should mean 2 lines, apparently it means one very confusing line, where you get skipped for whoever goes over to the other cash away from the line even though they keep insisting there's only one like. Making you wait almost 15 minutes for a simple order, when there was originally only 2 people ahead of you. Highly DO NOT recommend this Tim Hortons. Drive the extra couple minutes to the Esso Tim's, totally worth it to not have to deal with this one.

    On a little day trip. We had a great supper at Wendy's and refilled our coffee mugs at Tim's before getting on the road again.

    I'm from Ontario. Moved to Nova Scotia 9 months ago. Friendly staff. same expected service as we received in Ontario. Love my Tim's for morning tea and travel. :)

    I worked here more than one year but i had horrible experience. People were so rude, racist and they didn’t care about others.They have two store at Amherst but both were treat employees like as servants or criminals.

    This location is horrible... what I experienced today... has made me not want to return to this location ever again. I was at the window waiting for my order and an employee spoke horribly to another employee... she used foul language and was extemely rude, she completely degraded her, not to mention that it was done right in front of a customer (myself)... I felt uncomfortable and wanted to say something, but I didn't, the poor girl looked so upset... no one should have to be spoken to in such a cruel and inhumane way. Everyone at this location always seems so depressed and I witnessed why...

    Went in 2 lines 2 tills, waited my turn, person fromt the other line cut infront of me when it was my turn. Then ordered my 2 Beverages, my hot chocolate was just hot water with cream, and my iced coffee was made entirely wrong and tasted horrible. Had to dump them both out. Will NEVER be back!

    I went thru the drive thru wasn’t busy, after getting charged $7.70 for a large coffee and two muffins, give the girl a $10 she short changed me a dollar and when I tipped her she gave me a sneaky smile, knowing she already tipped herself! This isn’t the first time I’ve been short changed at this location, it’s up to the customer whether they tip or not… Not the employees! I will not be back!!

    The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning but don't think I'll be back.

    Very long drive thru line on a Saturday morning but quick service inside. The line moved very efficiently and there was room for social distancing.

    Good food, but very dirty. All garbage are full and all tables are dirty. Washroom was not clean as well. Its too bad because its a nice set up and fast service.

    I've had bad experiences at this location. Yes I went back more than once. After the last time I'll never go back again. They lied about not having donut ready after they had already taken my order and I paid by points. They offered me a different donut but I wanted the dream donut which is what I redeemed for and why I went there. I declined and asked how long it would take because I would wait. They just said it would be quite a while, then I said I'll take a refund, but they can't refund points. They came back to me and said they'll make it special for me so I was expecting to wait a while. Less than a min later the donut was magically ready! The donut wasn't even the slightest bit warm if it was made fresh for me. So ridiculous! What was the need to lie about it? So if you want to be lied to for unknown ridiculous reasons, come to this Tim Hortons.

    Friendly courteous helpful staff. I'm not much of a coffee person but that new roast beef sandwich was delicious with a glass of milk and some potato wedges. Have noticed sometimes after supper hour menu choices become a bit limited and what is there sometimes has been on the heat rack for a while. Check with them what is fresh while ordering.

    This is a VERY busy Tim Hortons restaurant. I stopped by to get something to eat, but due to the length of the drive thru lines, decided to go inside. Controlled flow of people pretty good up until after purchase and waiting for order. You could certainly tell these employees were working flat out. Thanks to those who made our sandwiches - maintained quality with all the orders.
