    I started working out with Vanessa in Jan '22. I am in my 60's and hadn't been to a gym in awhile. Vannessa listened to what I thought I needed to begin to get in shape. She also made suggestions and is very patient and kind . I feel good and have made real progress towards my fitness goals. I actually look forward to going! Thank You Vanessa!!

    I've trained with Vanessa when she was at u evolve! Vanessa definitely knew how to work with me and others and push them! I never had a bad experience and always felt like she had my best interest in mind!! I absolutely loved, loved, loved her workouts and always felt I was being pushed!! I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone....beginning or to anyone experienced!!!

    Vannessa is our trainer and owner and has been so amazing! My husband and I started just under a year ago going once a week but see steady results. I hated how young and weak I was where I didn’t have stamina for basic things. Over this course, even with once a week training, she’s pushed me, encouraged me, has faith in me but still adjusted to my needs. My stability was garbage and I didn’t feel like I was progressing until she points out where I started to where I am at that moment. She’s very flexible too and understands life happens but we always make sure we get our make ups in as soon as possible, despite our crazy lives. She’s been absolutely amazing this entire journey.

    Vanessa and her team are amazing! They are knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be around. The gym is small but having tried other fitness programs, the one on one training provided has helped me progress towards my goals more than anywhere else. Check it out!

    I am so happy I decided give Wolf Den Strength & Fitness a try!! I had very limited lifting experience, but Vanessa made it very easy to learn. Vanessa challenges and pushes me to do my best and I seriously look forward to each session. An energizing gym with a welcoming environment!

    I was looking for a female fitness trainer who specialized in strength training and I found Vanessa via Facebook. She set realistic plans to obtain my body goals, she challenged me as much as she encouraged me. She knew how to pivot for unexpected occurrences that impact my workout. I loved how she ensured proper lifting and form for each target area. I also loved how she offered various exercises to target certain muscle groups so my workouts were never boring. Vanessa has been a pleasure to have as a personal trainer. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

    I have been training with Vannessa for over a year and she has changed my life! She has created a safe space to push yourself but to also be vulnerable about your physical (and mental) strengths and weaknesses. She really listens and motivates each client differently. She has helped me have change how I approach fitness and I now lead a happier and healthy lifestyle.

    I wish I would have joined the Wolf Den sooner. Vanessa (owner/personal trainer) is awesome and the training facility is in a great location. The atmosphere is upbeat and non intimidating. Vanessa provides you with encouragement and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. After joining several months ago I have definitely noticed results (improved strength, muscle tone, and endurance).

    I've been training at the wolf den with Vanessa for a few months now and it has been an amazing experience. I was very new to weight training and her knowledge and motivation has shown me what I am actually capable of. The people at the gym are great and they motivate you to push yourself. I highly recommend Vanessa if you are looking for an outstanding trainer!!

    I found Wolf Den searching online for a personal trainer. Vanessa was quick to respond to my questions and offered a free consultation. I was looking for a female trainer who could help me safely return to powerlifting after a long COVID hiatus. Her weekly options and monthly payment plans are competitive for how skilled and knowledgeable she is. I now know how to properly workout, target muscle groups, maintain proper form and protect myself from injury. She won’t let you give up or allow you to underestimate your strength. Wolf Den is by far the most comfortable gym environment I’ve ever experienced. I honestly look forward to my weekly appointments.

    Vannessa is an amazing coach and motivator. I am very much a beginner to strength training and any type of fitness routine in general. She has allowed me to see what I am capable of, push myself, and learn proper form and technique. Her attention to detail is amazing, and her way of explaining mind-muscle connection so you are targeting what you’re meant to with every move is so appreciated. It’s only been a few weeks, but I feel so much better physically and mentally because of her guidance in the gym. I cannot recommend her enough, for anyone new or experienced and looking to keep progressing in their strength journey!

    Clean great and friendly place. Location is absolutely perfect right off the thruway. It’s easy to tell how dedicated and committed Vannessa is to training all her clients as well as her self. Her knowledge in strength training has taken me to new levels. Her other clients I have seen have made tremendous transformations. After seeing her clients over the years it’s incredible to see the outcome. There is hundreds of trainers in Western New York but not too many like Vannessa, If you want your body and strength to be on a whole new level like I did, you should absolutely give them a call now.

    Best gym experience ever! I've always admired people who can lift and wanted to be one of them, but video tutorials never seemed to get me there and I always felt uncomfortable in bigger gyms. At Wolf Den I'm learning the small adjustments needed to get an effective workout and can finally lift heavy like the cool kids. Other personal trainers never seemed to pay attention to me and just gave me stuff to do. Vannessa actually checks your form and knows when to push you further and when you have you step back. This isn't even the best part! For me, flexibility is the lynch pin that keeps my fitness journey going. My schedule is weird so my availability changes weekly sometimes daily, Vannessa is able to make those adjustments with me so I can stay committed.

    I have been training with Vannessa for 2 months already. She is very caring; always ask how you're training on your own time. She always pushes your limit when you train with her to make sure you are getting stronger. She provides flexible hours strongly suggesting training with her.

    I was so clueless when it came to weights and how to use them. I always got anxiety trying to use weights at a local gym that I gave up on it for years. Until a great friend of mine introduced me to Vanessa. The one on one attention is exactly what I needed. I'm never worried about my form or hurting myself, specially after being in a car accident. Vanessa is so informative and helpful that I have no more anxiety when it comes to lifting weights. I really never thought that, that would be possible. The older I get the more I realize how important it is to condition muscles that I normally would never use on a regular basis. I have a new confidence in growing older and staying strong and not having to worry about the normal muscular atrophy that comes with age. I feel good in being proactive at this stage in my life and I can't stress how important that is and how important it is to have someone like Vanessa to show you the right way. No more gym anxiety for me!

    I’ve been training @Wolf Den since April and I’m very happy with my results. Vannessa’s knowledge & experience are extremely helpful while learning proper form & gaining strength. It is a fun and welcoming environment, you can tell she loves what she does. Every week I get stronger, my form improves, I learn something new (thanks to Vannessa) and I really look forward to my work outs.

    I have been training with Vannessa at Wolf Den for a few months now and could not be happier! The gym is very welcoming and has its own community. Vannessa is incredible and a great trainer for clients with varying levels of gym experience. If you need a modification, she will find what works best for you. Lifting can be intimidating, but Vannessa makes it fun and constantly pushes you to be the best you can be.

    Vanessa is a very experienced personal trainer and knows exactly what she's talking about when it comes to strength and fitness. You can always depend on her and her crew. And she will always make sure that you're comfortable in what you're doing If not she'll try something different with you She is a motivator she motivates You to do your best And try things out of the ordinary She is a wonderful person, is very caring just has a great personality all around. And the beautiful people that work there are wonderful as well It's a very comfortable, easy going atmosphere I would send anybody to the Wolf Den Strength 💪 and Fitness 😀 its Very clean and They are always disinfecting. When I Get better from my health issues I plan on going back. Hope to see some new faces when I do

    I've loved my training experience with Vanessa so far! She and her team are very encouraging and she has taken my fitness goals into consideration every step of the way! I definitely feel like my workouts are truly tailored to me rather than just doing the same workout as everyone else. The environment is welcoming, judgement free and very encouraging. I highly recommend this place for all levels of fitness!

    Vanessa is seriously THE BEST! I tried gym memberships on my own, personal trainer via other gyms etc and each time I backed out or it didn’t “click” or feel like a good match. I reached out to her after doing a google search trying to find a personal training specifically for strength training. I found her and the amazing gym and family she built! I felt welcomed right away and it just felt different. This is the first time I can say I have stuck to a workout routine so consistently. Vanessa is very knowledgeable in training and even the nutrition aspect. It’s always an honest conversation we have and even when I have a slip up moment or fall back. She is nothing but supportive and real with me. I would recommend her 1,000X over and over again.

    It's hard to describe what it feels like to work out at Wolf Den. As a smaller gym, all of the trainers and clients become familiar quickly, and everyone there is at the same time serious, focused, and working hard, but also supportive, welcoming, and often completely hilarious. The trainers are really knowledgeable and will work with you to customize your workouts to meet your goals and also to respond if you just are having a really good or really off day. It's like being on a team with amazing coaches where everyone genuinely cheers for each other's successes.
