Its actually really good and everything is fresh. They're very kind and it has a fun vibe. We had a great time eating here!! I do recommend.

Found this restaurant while looking for a taste from a different place. Very friendly owner who helped us select our meals by showing us pictures and translating the various ingredients. A for effort to make us feel welcome! The menu has meals for different days of the week, but still has plenty to choose from. We had a mixed plate of appetizers, which was very good. Our meals were delicious, plentyfull and very reasonably priced. We each had a glass of bissap, which went very well with the meals. Clean and well maintained place, definately worth a visit!

We visited this restaurant because it was the first in Amiens on TripAdvisor; however, it was not as expected AT ALL. Though the place is so small and not appealing, we decided to have lunch in this restaurant because we have always trusted TripAdvisor reviews. But the plates that we ordered were literally inedible! The rice was so hard and tasteless, and the fish was horrible as it was cooked with the "fish thorns" and the "fish skin" with some veggies, so we could not continue our plates! The actual plates do not look like those in the pictures. I'm really surprised how this restaurant is highly rated on TripAdvisor!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We stumbled upon this place looking for the etheopian restaurant that used to be here. We almost gave keur amir a skip but luckily decided tot try it anyway. Amazing food, great owner (who also speaks perfect English BTW) and nice atmosphere. I had the dorado (best I have had in a very long time) and my wife had the chicken, which was perfectly cooked and extremely flavourful. If you are in Amiens, take some extra time to visit keur Amir. Good price for the quality.
