Very very delicious! They have and extraordinary lists of fancy drinks like apple cider or pumpkin spice mimosa, white hot chocolate, and s’more latte! Waffles, crepes, stuffed french toast! I really enjoyed eating here and would be my go to Long Island breakfast place. I love love Maureens kitchen too very similar cafe to their foods with a home cooked vibe but steampunk atmosphere compared to a cow theme lol…this is exactly the kind of place we’re always looking for. Parking sucks here though… so if it’s busy you may have to park on a side st. Also I suggest going before 10am for less of a wait! Enjoy it!

5 stars very well earned. Nice atmosphere, good tasting food, and amazing service. Dan, our waiter was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I are glad to have chosen this place for brunch, and will be definitively be going back.

This place is great for breakfast and lunch. The weekends get super busy and the wait is insane but so worth it. I come here so often and I’ve been serve by every crew member and I can honestly say everyone is super nice and attentive. Amazing customer service and great food. 10/10

Ohhhhhh, you're going to love this place. Food portions are huge and you will love every bite of it. They serve breakfast/brunch, so plan to go early as they close early in the day. Parking is not the best as it's a little cramped. When the day is nice, you can dine outside, however, you're kind of in the parking lot. Either way, you WILL be back!

Incredible breakfast restaurant. We were able to seat my very large family on a Friday morning with a 40 min wait. You can reserve a table on the Yelp app before going. Also try to view their menu on their website beforehand so you can get a glimpse of what you would like. The Yelp menu is dated according to a server. The food was absolutely incredible. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The price is unbeatable. Clean and spacious restaurant. I do hope they’re able to update some of their silverware. Several glasses on our table had cracks and shattered rims. The staff was overall accommodating and friendly with the exception of a few who were not.

Great place for a fancy breakfast or lunch! They offer a different twist on many old time favorites. Surely worth the visit if you are looking for something special or even if you just want to enjoy a casual meal out.

We arrived prior to the usual Saturday morning rush and were immediately seated at a small table in the center of the larger dining room area. I don’t know if paper menus are available but there’s a QR code on the table that directs customers to their online menu. I ordered the breakfast bowl and substituted scrambled eggs in place of the standard poached eggs. To my surprise it was still served with the hollandaise sauce. It tasted great with everything else in the bowl but it requires you to eat your potatoes quickly if you don’t like them mushy. I’d get the bowl again but would ask for the sauce on the side. The service was good. The only issue that we encountered was a 4% credit card fee that was automatically added to the bill. Normally businesses will ask if you’re paying with cash or card and adjust the price accordingly. Today I used a gift card and the credit card fee wasn’t removed. I pointed this out to our server and they apologized and gave me the difference in cash. Parking is often a problem in this shopping center, so plan accordingly.

This place was a pleasant surprise. My boyfriend and I went for brunch on like a Tuesday and it was really crowded when we arrived but the wait was like 20 minutes and it was worth it. I ordered the French toast bites with a side of caramel sauce and it was very delicious. But what was do die for me was their corned beef hash...it's REAL corned beef with home fries mixed in and it's soooo sooo good. My boyfriend got a frittata which he really enjoyed (like he cleaned his plate). And I got the bailey's hot chocolate (pictured) and he got the mistletoe mimosa...both were amazing! Im looking forward to going back!

Delicious food, fun fall coffees, friendly staff. The place was busy, but thankfully we best the rush and didn't wait at all.

Great place for breakfast or lunch, everything on the menu looks good. The photo on the left is the Farmhouse frittata. The photo in the middle is French Toast bites. The photo on the right is avocado toast with mozzarella cheese.

We went for lunch and ordered a bowl and a Grecian. We also ordered two coffee drinks. The food was delicious, but small portions. The atmosphere was a little loud for my taste. The service was impeccable however. We went again two weeks later. We had a panini and 2 orders of pancakes. Delicious again!!! The food and service is consistently awesome!

I've been wanting to come here for years and never had a good opportunity... Till now! I wasn't sure if this place could possibly live up to all the pent up hype I've had for it, but I think it certainly does. Came here on a Saturday for lunch with a party of 4 and didn't have to wait too long for a table, but the place does fill up quick. We ordered French toast bites with nutela dip to split, and I got the cinnamon swirl pancakes with a regular coffee. All of which was sweet, delightful, and delicious. To be honest it was tough to pick just one thing off the menu, so I'm sure I'll be back for more. Staff was great, helpful, quick and efficient. I really love the decor of the place, it's nice and lowkey and easy to have a conversation, highly recommended if you're looking to do a brunch date. Parking is a little tough, there's only a small lot right in front, but you can park on the nearby side streets in the lot across the street without any issue as long as you don't mind a quick walk. Trust me though, it's worth it.

I am a huge French toast advocate and will get it at every brunch place I go to but I must say…the French toast bites at brownstones puts every other french toast dish that I’ve had before to shame. I highly recommend. The coffee/drinks were excellent too.

Decent food choices and lovely clean eatery. Perfect presentation and just as tasty. Service was very polite and upbeat. Poached eggs were done well and the sauce was fluffy as it should be. Definitely worth the stop before work. Didn't wait too long. And waitress was right on top of her service. Recommended and I will be back.

Ate here for breakfast this morning with my whole family ( 7 people if you count the little ones). The online waitlist was very convenient and easy to use. All the employees were very nice. Everyone was working hard! The food was absolutely amazing… hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Food came out fast And had great presentation. And the coffee was amazing too! Definitely will be back

Love this place....great food, friendly wait staff and plenty of seating. Can get crowded but that is because the food is so good and this place is pretty popular. Menu is large and there is plenty of different dishes for different palates and tastes. Could possibly become one of my favorite eating establishments. Parking is not great as it is a shopping center, but it is worth your patience.

Okay so this is the third location of Brownstones I’ve been to. I love the food at every one I’ve gone to. The food at this location I’m not sure why wasn’t my favorite compared to the other too. It was good, but not as great compared to the west Islip and center reach locations. To top it off the hostesses that were there this past Sunday weren’t the friendliest. No smile or welcome when we walked in and they just seemed annoyed at everyone walking in. I understand being busy because I’ve worked in a restaurant before but setting the tone is so important.

Great service with great food. Reasonably priced as well! Definitely recommend. Only issue is parking bc it’s always busy!

September 2022 Very nice atmosphere inside with a classic brownstone feel. Impressive menu of pancakes, waffles, French toast, omelettes, and more. I opted for a simple bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty. The side of potatoes with onions and peppers was a nice touch, they were crispy with a little spice kick. I saw numerous customers order the French toast bites with berries, bananas, and maple syrup and it looked amazing. I just wasn’t in the mood for something fried. Excellent service and prices were about average for what’s going on in the economy now with Bidenflation.

We went for breakfast yesterday morning for Easter. We were seated promptly. Our waitresses name was Kayla. She was a nice and timid girl. We placed our order. My husbands order was wrong. I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter and I to share and I asked for an extra cup. Kayla thought I asked for an extra hot chocolate, which I did not, said the barista was backed up a bit and I asked why all I need is an extra cup. She didn’t hear me, same way she didn’t hear my husbands order correctly. We asked for water multiple times, and then they only brought 2 instead of 3. We had to ask for napkins multiple times as well before we received them. The food was good, but I don’t know if the restaurant changed owners, but it was not the same service we were use to. Also, I’ve included pictures of how they carry out food to the tables. I saw this girl do this each time she brought out food and my husband is an ex waiter and said to me that’s not professional. She had the plates stacked on top of one another, with the bottom of each plate touching the top of the food. Why? If you can’t carry multiple plates at once without stacking the plates, then ask for help or make multiple trips. We will not be returning. I understand it was Easter, but it was not extremely busy when we went. I even caught the hostesses looking at our table multiple times to see when we would be done, meanwhile we weren’t even there for an hour.

I came in with my 3 young children. They ordered their favorite foods and enjoyed it as always. Kayla was our server and beyond helpful. Towards the end of our meal one of my children had to use the restroom. When we returned from the restroom the table was cleared however we were intended on taking a few items home. The manager, Joanna, was beyond accommodating. She had the kitchen staff remake the food we were missing and more. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to bring my family. I appreciate their kindness and service on top of the amazing food!

This place was great. I loved the food and great service. I had the "Very Hungry Man Feast" it was more than filling. I like that it came with silver dollar pancakes so I didn't get completely stuffed.

Love Brownstones! I always get the Breakfast Burrito and it's always SO delicious. The portion size is also pretty good. I usually don't have to wait as I go at off hours during the weekday. weekends are definitely busier so expect a wait! You can also get coffee to go. Recently the service has been fluctuating. The last time I was there, I couldn't find my server to pay and she wasn't the friendliest when ordering. Hopefully I won't get her again when I come back. Definitely recommend trying the breakfast burrito - you won't regret it, I never do lol!

I came here for my grandmother's birthday and I'm glad I did. The wait wasn't too long despite the place being busy and the service was great. Don't even get me started on the food! I had a BEC sandwhich (I think that's what it was called) and black and white pancakes. Both were super delicious and were items I would reorder! However, I would have to say my favorite part of the meal was the potato side (hashbrowns I think it was called on the menu). Definitely will recommend!

I absolutely love all of the Brownstone locations. Yesterday I went to the Amityville location. The parking lot is small and I had to circle around several times. But the restaurant is so we'll run. The hostess are helpful and effective. The food came out quickly and the waitress was great. The food was beyond amazing. For such a busy location they do a wonderful job getting everything done. Thank you

This place is awesome! They have good food and drinks. Staff very nice. The problem is always the time you wait to eat. I would eat more often if I didn't have to wait over one hour to have a breakfast. So once in a couple months is worth the wait.
