I tried lost in time in July 11 The room manager was late for THIRTY the whole minutes The hints were so late, literally after we opened the locks. The door for the second and third rooms didn't open on time. We had to wait for 5 minutes for each door because the room manager was not paying any attention. Even though we lost time because of the negligence of the manager, they refused to give me any extra time. The escape room company kept calling me to delete the bad review until they agreed to give me 20% off the next visit if I deleted the bad review. Yeah, that was a scam because apparently "no one told them about it" and that "they should've sent a message about it." So, I won't delete this review 😍😘

Maybe my review isn’t fair cause I am not a kid , this place is mostly for kids or younger people . I went to take my nephews. The staff were amazing , the themes are amazing too , I tried airplane and lost in time . However the puzzles felt a little lackluster and disconnected and it’s not clear at all what todo or how to proceed . I know it’s a puzzle after all , and I guess in the end if you are not a fan of puzzles then maybe this is not for you . I liked the memory challenges I guess because I like mathematics. This is a great place , however I gave it 3 out of 5 , because I think for a 15 jod admission fee, I would at least expect puzzles that are of higher quality. In my opinion it’s not worth 15 jod . If your family are 5 then you are paying 75 jod for a quick 60 minute activity. I would take the kids to spend the whole day swimming in Madinat Al Hussein for much less. It’s super expensive for what it is . Even going to the movies to view the latest block buster is much cheaper.

If this company offers any kind of compensation, DO NOT ACCEPT until they send a message with all the details. This is an unprofessional move because why would you reach out to a customer and offer a compensation just so the customer will go and be met with "there is no proof/they would send a message/ no offer in your name".

Super fun! Was very crowded when we arrived but they keep everything professional and organised. This is not my first time and definitely not my last. Today we tried out Saw 2, definitely recommend it for all horror lovers. There is a mini cafe inside with drinks This location also has Phobia which is their side branch solely made for horror games

Very much Recommended. Rooms are well designed, though a bit worn down. You should definitely book the rooms beforehand as they fill up quite rapidly during the weekends. And don't forget to take your pictures after completing the rooms.

The best place to have fun with friends , family or colleagues all in one room , they have various options for the themes of the game…. I loved the idea and definitely recommend it. Amazing team & amazing place.

They canceled our room reservation due to technical issues and gave us a smaller room that was very boring and the hints were late, no cooperation between the room manager and the players. Dont recommend it

Poor experience - was expecting alot more given the number of good reviews online. Room was not set up correctly, the game did not flow, music extremely loud in the room, and was dirty (needed a good clean)! We ended the game early because there were so many faults. Was very expensive compared to other escape rooms we had been too. The location and set up was good. Was hoping for alot more.

My sisters and I entered the clown and everything was fine, but as soon as the clown entered I came wanting to run away and he hit me on the head with a hammer. There was blood and swelling in my head, then someone came in and told us we were sorry for the mistake. Okay, what do I want? I’m sorry. Then I spoke to them and they did not respond to me, and they were not satisfied with giving me compensation for what happened 😡

It was amazing! We went to escape room on my friend’s birthday. We played nightmare and it was really fun but I wish the riddles could be more clear for example the locks me and my teammates got the password right but we need to try it on different pads as we didn’t know which one to use. Other than that is it a 20/20 experience. And the employees are really nice and amazing they make you feel welcomed.

The vibes are good and in general it's a suitable place to have fun put on the other hand it's very expensive compared to the game ...the flight 191 room cost more than 100$ for one hour but imo it shouldn't be more than 50$ cuz the room is now old and all the game doesn't deserve that amount

Our experience was great. The stories behind the room are new, different and very interesting. The rooms are hard but still relevant to all ages. The staff was amazing. Overall a wonderful and perfect experience. I would recommend a 100%

Best experience ever with the abdoun phobia and escape the room team. Ask for Osama and Lama best operation managers and front desk. I recommend it to everyone.
