Amazing experience, wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry pieces!

Had my rings cleaned with Jack Jordan Jewellers yesterday. They come up so clean and they give me advise on how to look after them. The shop itself is very very welcoming. Service was 100% on point. Can't complain at all. My rings are like new. I need some chrismas gifts soon. They are going to be doing some online webshop witch I'm looking forward to shopping for. the selection on price is low end to high end with a massive selection so there somthing for everyone to suit any budget.

We do a 15 mile round trip just for Jack Jordan. I've purchased a time piece , others repaired , new batteries, chains repaired and rings repaired and polished. Michelle and Mike are a lovely couple " not forgetting Rufus the husky " that really know what they do and do it well.

We bought a diamond ring from um uthaina branch one day before the black friday, but the sales man did hide that fact, to make it more worse we were supposed to get the ring the next day ( where the black friday started already), but the sales man did not call us and made us wait for more 3 days to hide that fact stated already! Even though the shop has good stuff, but the employees are not trustworthy! I really dont recommend to work with such people when it comes to buying diamond stuff

These guys can give lessons in customer service, they are great, and their jewelry is amazing.

I would definitely give this place a 5 or even more if possible. Starting with staff really patient, Mr.Bader(um uthania branch) and Mr. Jamal (swifyeh branch) are just great. Concerning their jewelleries. They have huge selection, best diamond clarity. They hosted 30% for black friday which was actually true without any catch. Unlike other diamond places. They also have gold selection in swifyeh branch only. Which was also included in the sale. Not to forget the fact that they reward you with points using Wish application ( 1000 points=10 jd) which can be used in 4 other places including time center!

The customer service is extremely bad, they don't respond to their application, Instagram or phone. The salesman let me buy bracelet on 28th Nov to ensure his commission while they had décembre seasonal promotions and I lost my chance to win anything although I paid thousands of JODs. The bracelet got broken from the first time to wear it, although they fixed it, but i won't buy anything more from this chain of shops including time center
