The best neighborhood gym. Extremely clean abd good music. Both trainers are respectful and welcoming. We called them Superman and Batman. As 2 girls we never felt out of place. We miss you.

Strongly recommend this gym. Whether you're going solo or with a PT, it is welcoming, cozy, and has everything you need.

I’ve been training here for 3 months with one of their trainers. I haven’t worked out before that for 2 years. I was out of shape and had muscle imbalances and pain all over. I’m down from 96 kilos to 87.5 kilos and I’m up 3 kilos of muscle. I feel great, it’s cozy and intimate but has all the equipment u will ever need and more ! Highly recommend

Fantastic gym and great staff

It is a little difficult for me to put into words how much Fares and his team at Elite 1 means to me. My wife Ren and I found a home away from home and Elite 1 is not just a gym, it's a feeling that you belong. Women are made to feel welcome with an emphasis on respect always. The separate changing rooms are clean, equipment is well maintained and the natural light from the large windows, adds to the facility. From the moment I met Fares, his professionalism, respect, timekeeping, incredible work ethic and genuine personality was so clear. He keeps the gym clean and tidy, keeps himself fit and most importantly, makes EVERY member (new or who have been there a long time) feel special. I was a member at Elite 1 for 16 months and even though I work in the industry and had access to bigger gyms in Amman, I felt most comfortable and welcomed at Elite 1. Fares is a true gentlemen and someone not only I consider to be a person I learned a lot from, but a true friend. Trust me, after c25 years in the fitness industry, across 4 different continents, Elite 1 is exceptional. Well done to you Fares and your great team and thank you for everything you did for myself and my wife. Elite 1 is the ONLY gym we will be using when we return to Amman to visit.

This is the best gym in Amman for a few reasons: the PT coaches are excellent; especially Fares, they are friendly and help you feel that you can do anything you set your mind to, the place is clean and you get caring and professional 1:1 attention. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to feel like a person and not just a client.
