The service was somehow below average...i was expecting better service for a private hospital. The staff were nice and helpful, but medically speaking i was not satisfied.

Male nurse feels like pushed to work . Female nurses are so kind and helpful Hospital service is ok they didn’t provide tissue in the room or in the washroom even we booked master room. Hospital team 50% wearing masks only and some nurse they do needle or injections without gloves . Regards to hospital hygiene, the floors I notice cleaned well and housekeeping team was very polite and wearing mask and gloves which is make me wondering why some nurse don’t do that !

(Original) مستشفى صغير في شارع خلفي. غير مزدحم. لم نجرب به الا الولاده على التأمين. وصدقاً لم ندفع اية مبالغ اضافيه. الاستقبال موظف واحد وسريع. بعض موظفيهم بحاجه لتعلم اللباقه وحسن التعامل مع الناس (مشكله عامه في كل الاردن). المواقف داخل المستشفى بدينارين !!!! شيء غريب. الكافتيريا اسعارها سياحيه وخدمة سيئه. منظر المراجعين وهم يجلسون على الرصيف في الخارج يعطيك معنى كبير لعدم توفر مقاعد في الداخل واجواء مزدحمه.

Very bad hospital in terms of cleanliness . No toilet paper . Smell of detergents are awful. Nurses are nice but there no appreciation for people time they keep you waiting for hours. Problem is dr Ahmed Elyian only does the operations there so you are forced to go to that below standards hospital
