Changed my rating from 4 star to 1 after a bitter experience. When I reached the outlet, the cake was not to be found for at least 15 minutes. When they “found it”, i was given the reason that the delay was due to the icing being done for the name. Strangely enough, they only use the icing on pre-printed plate for birthdays. After the cake finally arrived, it was close to half hour of waiting. I was given a “brown” cake - which was originally meant to be a Red Velvet cake. Not only was the colour weirdly weird, the finishing of the cake was not up to the mark. Compared to the less expensive cakes already in display, this had unfinished edges, uneven colour tone. I ended up picking a cake off the shelf instead since the look of it matched the label (lol) : a Blueberry cake. Knowing how good the bakery is, I expected honest approach from the start, regarding the delay and the whole experience thereafter.

They were good some times ago. Now they are selling but didn't care about it's fresh or stale.

One of the best bakers in Amritsar city. The shop is exquisitely laid out with perfect ambience. A wide range of assorted bakery items within nominal price brackets available. The cakes on demand are perfectly crafted (personal experience). Overall an excellent experience!

Good place to munch over choclate goodies and other baked things. Its overall good but better than other bakeries in Amritsar. May be lil biased for sweetness.

Just a personal bad experience I have had here which May or may not bother others. I wanted to buy a cake and to check its taste I ordered a pastry of the same. Turns out you can’t eat/taste the pastry here. I asked the owner how could someone have the confidence in buying something from you without trying it first. Not a good customer experience.

Blues Bakers offers a wide variety of cakes, pastries and many other savouries too. One must try cakes from the bakery. My favourite is Death by Chocolate

It was my sister's birthday & see what they have given us Mosquito was found in Cake packaging I will never buy any food item from this bakery in future Please don't order from such unclean & unhygienic bakery👎👎👎

Overrated bakery , with tasteless cakepastry , walnut pie seems without walnut, brownie seems without chocolate, Airy snacks , pastry 🍰 with more baking soda to compensate size , though nice box packaging of biscuits , decent staff, overall it's tasteless

Located near govt medical college at roadhead, Shop is small, but the food is good, But the staff is ill mannered, even the owner has attidute in dealing with customers. I'll recommend for pastry and cookies. Try fruit cake rusk.

Good bakery items but can't dine there to enjoy the meals. Only packing facility available. Pastries are not fresh as compare to their goodwill for bakery products in market.

The owner is full of arrogance .. They sent me 3x plain sandwiches and 1x subway instead of my original order of 3x grilled sandwiches and 1x slimmer sandwich .. Fraudsters . Called the owner and he assured that he'll send me my money in paytm next day called him and in a very arrogant nature he didn't even apologized for the mistake abd said complaint about this to zomato .. And did fake promises earlier on for my refund . Such an experience can't be tolerated .. Such a shame .. Called the owner again and he blocked my number ... God is watching this... You guys will surely suffer one day or the other . In case you're reading ny review , kindly get back to me .. As you already know that you're at fault , mr sandeep Bedi.. Atleast have the guts to apologize and saya simply sorry instead of fraudulently sending some different items only because my original items are not available at your bakery . Last but not the least , he also showed his toxicity by saying ki araam se baat kro Varna mai tera phone kaat dunga, I'll cut your phone he says in a toxic manner.

Chocolate cake quality not good Birthday cake

They used to be the best cake makers some years ago. But now the quality of cakes has fallen down. Honestly their hype is just fake now. They are money minded nowadays. Flour fairy and Bon Gateau are the best in Amritsar both taste wise and quality wise. Avoid Blues Bakers..,..

Pure Food n beverages, Service is lil delayed but overall a good experience. This is the one place I used to visit again n again while I'm in Amritsar

Experience was bad .. I paid for 7 subways for take away when i came back at home and recvd only 6 "CHOR" and "unprofessionals" and now they are not receiving calls .. such a poor staff ... manage it well

Nice place with a decent variety of Bakery items . Cake designs were eye-catching. Ambience was amazing .Lot of space ,unutilized though. They should allow dine in as well as currently only take away facility is there .

Purchased a red velvet cake, the cake was good but they added too much colour in frosting which made the cake bitter. So in every bite there was a tinge of bitterness. Presentation was good all over.(basically frosting kadvi thi)
