I stayed for 2 nights. Food was average, not good. It should be improved. Rooms are too small. I booked a family suite for four persons. It was such a congested room that we could not move freely. Bathroom accessories were broken. Hotel staff forced us to give five star rating. They give five stars with our mobile. So don't go with google reviews.

5 star amenities at an affordable price. I stayed in Hotel Grand Cabana, Amritsar with my family. They provided me a family suit. Whatever a traveler can think of, they serve it all. The rooms are modern and finely decorated with wood. Rooms are ultra clean. Staffs are well trained, well behaved and well gentle. अतिथि देवो भवः (Guest is God) भारतीय संस्कृति की पहचान है। All the staff members of the hotel are truly bearer of these lines. They provided such a delicious and mouth watering food that we never miss our home's food, and above all they are very particular about the hygien also. At our departure they gifted us framed photo of Guru Nanak Sahib as a token of love. I strongly recommend everyone to enjoy the five star hospitality at an affordable prices in Hotel Grand Cabana, Amritsar.

Food was well done, nicely cooked and served hot. Even when we arrived and checked in late at 12 am, past closing hours, service was available and ready on request. The staff has been both friendly and accomodating, and a member named Prem has been incredibly helpful. They were well groomed, everything was kept clean and tidy, including their own uniforms. If I had to nitpick about anything, the prices for the room service menu was slightly high, however, according to the hotel's quality, It's completely excusable.

The menu offers a variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main course. I tried few starters, fast food, curries from this restaurant and found that it’s always tasty and fresh and delicious food made by chef SAGAR 👩‍🍳 . I loved to go for dine-in this restaurant again. Highly recommend to try their food

Wonderful It’s a beautiful boutique property. Rooms are absolutely clean with comfy beds Breakfast is amazing. Good choices in breakfast. Service 10 / 10 . Their Staff is so helpful and cheerful. Must stay if you visit Amritsar.

Food is fine but they have very limited items available. Menu card is just a showpiece in the room. Rooms are nice and spacious but they have less toiletries. Staff is really nice and cooperative. But there is lack of proper management.

Smelly & small rooms, less toiletries available, housekeeping staff is cooperative but restaurant staff is begging for 5 star ratings & reviews this looks soo cheap. GM & front desk staff is very humble. food is tasty, breakfast buffet have limited items but according to price its very delicious. For everything we have to call front desk there is no any management, hotel needs more professionalism. Overall my stay is good but missed that vibe..

New hotel property at golden avenue. Good location. Beautiful property nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Public transport easily available. Rooms are pretty nice with nice furniture . Bed and bedsheets are clean. Tea and coffee maker + water bottle provided by hotel. Breakfast was superb. Tasty food, on sit service. Nice dining area. Wishes for the hotel cabbana.

I like the stay in hotel cabana. Staff are helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The only thing I don't like they do not provide tea items and coffee items before 7:30 am. Also the house keeping staff has to put new towel after cleaning the room. We have to remind them. Also I saw the staff in the restaurant trying to put 5 star rating from our mobile. Rest all is good.

The Rooms are excellent and really good the staff is also good. The only problem is in their prices , they are selling 20₹ bottel for 30₹ , sprite , coke , fanta etc. Everything over MRP and did not at all agree to sell for correct MRP price. They were not very respondent. Also taking students phones and rating the hotel 5 stars , and pressuring the students

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 10 minutes walking from the Golden temple. Grand cabbana is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

The owner is a gentleman. He picks up the phone himself and was kind enough to accommodate my late check out request. Even when I got delayed they were very accommodating and I'm highly impressed by the service. They deserve the 5 star rating hands down.

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of our North trip tour, and loved every minute of it. The staff was helpful, rooms were spacious and very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast and dinner served were also delicious with various options. Great stay!

This is only plc which I prefer whenever I visit India. hospitality is good. staff are polite nd ready to work. I always recommend this place to all my friends who need place to stay though their trip.

There are lot may reviews about the rooms , food and facilities. So I would like to give some reviews about the Manager Mr Robin thakur and Team. Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on his team and manage things in no time. You order anything from room and you will get it in next 5 - 15 mins. They take care of the minutest details like serving instruments for each type of cuisine. Cutlery is world class, service is excellent. Rooms are good in the kind of prices you are paying.

First things first, Rating is something very personal to an individual. Something that comes within by a person who experiences the hotel or any other place. Most of the things were very nice about this hotel, staff was kind, helpful and respectful. We only had a breakfast there, which was good. Coming back to the point of Rating, there is a team, Management team I’d say that pester you to give a five star rating, and write a good review! They literally made my friends type good things about them, also checks what they write (More like prompting what to write). As a person with certain principles, I didn’t like that part! The manager actually mentioned that they’ll be questioned if we give 3-4 stars so please give us 5. You can’t force someone to rate the hotel to improve your reputation as an employee. Also if you continue doing so I’m sure everyone will doubt the authenticity of the hotel. We should have known that the five stars are at the gun point!!!! Even if I would want to put 4 stars for the service and food, I’d prefer not to. One request to the management staff: Stop pestering the customers for five stars, ul get good ratings I’m sure. Stop begging and forcing, that gives a pretty bad impression.

Hotel is very luxurious. Proper boutique hotel feeling. Staff is super cooperative and food was tempting too. Most amazing feeling is the swimming pool at roof top. Good hotel by levelup group.

Buffet Breakfast was good. Hot Puri with subji was best.. you can order customized tea like strong one if you need and it will be served with smile. Good place to stay with happy breakfast.
