My
experience
was
a
mix
of
positive
and
negative
aspects.
The
hotel
staff
greeted
us
warmly
and
made
us
feel
welcome
from
the
moment
we
arrived.
The
cleanliness
of
the
hotel
was
commendable,
and
its
unique
charm
as
a
converted
old
warehouse
added
to
its
character.
However,
there
were
certain
aspects
of
my
stay
that
left
me
less
satisfied.
The
breakfast
experience
was
a
letdown.
A
major
issue
was
the
lack
of
labels
or
indications
of
allergies
on
the
food
items,
making
it
difficult
to
know
what
ingredients
were
present.
This
lack
of
information
raised
concerns
about
potential
allergens
and
the
ability
for
guests
to
make
informed
choices.
For
example,
I
mistakenly
picked
up
what
I
thought
was
an
almond
croissant,
only
to
find
it
contained
ham
and
cheese.
Furthermore,
the
quality
of
the
breakfast
was
inconsistent.
I
ordered
scrambled
eggs,
but
they
were
significantly
overcooked,
resulting
in
a
less-than-appetizing
dish.
This
inconsistency
made
it
challenging
to
anticipate
the
quality
of
other
food
items.
Another
disappointing
aspect
was
the
oversight
regarding
safety
precautions.
While
using
the
self-serve
bean-to-cup
coffee
machine,
I
accidentally
burned
my
hand
as
the
cups
were
placed
directly
on
a
hot
plate
without
any
warning
signs.
This
lack
of
precautionary
measures
is
concerning,
especially
considering
my
15
years
of
experience
in
the
hospitality
industry.
Proper
warnings
and
safeguards
should
be
in
place
to
ensure
guest
safety
and
satisfaction.
Lastly,
I
would
like
to
mention
that
the
car
parking
fees
at
the
Arsenal
Hotel
were
expensive.
I
was
charged
25
euros
for
parking
my
car,
which
I
found
to
be
excessive.
While
convenient
parking
is
often
expected
at
hotels,
the
cost
in
this
case
seemed
disproportionately
high.
It
would
be
beneficial
for
the
hotel
management
to
reevaluate
their
parking
fees
to
provide
a
more
reasonable
and
competitive
option
for
guests.
Despite
these
issues,
the
Arsenal
Hotel
still
holds
potential
with
its
unique
setting
and
welcoming
staff.
Addressing
the
concerns
regarding
food
labeling,
consistency,
safety
precautions,
and
parking
fees
would
greatly
enhance
the
overall
guest
experience.
With
these
improvements,
the
Arsenal
Hotel
has
the
opportunity
to
become
a
truly
outstanding
accommodation
option
in
Dreft,
Netherlands.
