The owner messaged an hour before the appointment saying they had to cancel (a Friday evening), with no real explanation. She claimed they don't take last minute bookings yet the website clearly showed several open booking times for the day. Plus they already took our money for the appointment. If they don't want to work on a Friday evening, don't advertise availability- very unprofessional customer service.
