This place is an amazing shop where you can browse not only new books but secondhand as well. They have a great selection of Dutch and English literature and if you find something you like you can sit in one of the many comfortable chairs and read quietly. Not too expensive as most books are in good condition.

I love the café. I visited the café every weekend for the time I lived in Arnhem. The atmosphere is cozy, the coffee fantastic and there are freshly made soups every day :) Great place to enjoy books

Great place to relax and find books, old and new! My favorite place is upstairs amongst the second hand books and interesting furniture. They also have a little cafe which is quite 'gezellig' Love the concept of selling furniture and home-baked goods alongside the books!

This is a 2 floor bookshop with a huge selection of second hand books on the second floor. Also a CD corner with classical music. And a cafe next to the entrance but I've not ordered anything there yet.

In my opinion, Het Colofon is the best bookstore in Arnhem. They have a broad selection of books on offer, with a slant toward literary fiction, poetry and non-fiction about art, politics and history. The second floor is dedicated to remaindered and second hand books, making it a great place for bargain hunting. They also sell some board games, magazines and postcards, and serve coffee and tea.

Excellent store with a cosy cafe and a reasonable range of English language books. There is a small secondhand section for English books upstairs just by the upstairs service desk. Secondhand book quality is from excellent to ok, most are either published in the last 5 years or classics or part of the crie section.

Love this place. Great local shop, very big, books, second hand and new, other gifts, and a wonderful café where you can also have a bite to eat. Friendly staff as well.

Great assortments of books. New and secondhand. The whole upstairs is filled with secondhand books. It's a great way to make sure no book gets left somewhere in a corner. It also has a place to drink some coffee or whatever you like. I think it's a great bookstore
