Do not go. inside it looks absolutely different from the advertising photos, it’s very dark and small area that less than 4 visitors could stand, everything is covered by black curtain, no access or visible to the humidor at all, this is the first cigar shop i’ve ever seen that guess couldn’t see the humidor, after some time, sales guy came out with a few cheap and short cigars and told you that every customer only could buy 2 ? pieces of each … you never will never believe such a dark black room is one of the largest La casa del habano in Netherlands…

Another example how one used to be good shop turn to a 1 star shop due to the unprofessional and rude staff. * I didn’t ask to buy a whole box and I didn’t “touch” the cigar. I can clearly see you have a bad day but putting that with attitude to a customer is not how it should be

Nice place to have a cigar and a chat. Large selection of cigars and accessories including humidors, lighters and cutters. Some other men supplies are available too. Friendly staff.

An excellent example of what an LCDH is supposed to be. Always great selection of premium Havana cigars and cigar accessories. And, most importantly, the staff is very knowledge about cigars and are always very welcoming. It's always a pleasure coming here and being treated with respect and class. Highly recommend!

Good but currently limited stock of cigars it seems. Couldn't see the humidor and staff is condescending if you are new to cigar smoking.

Just got my delivery of a box of 25 Cubans, ordered on Sunday and arrived in the Uk on Wednesday, sealed and wrapped really well. All done online and spoke to someone in the shop as it was my first order and they were great too. Will definitely be ordering again, first class service and prices.

True about the limited selection, not a single Cuban robusto available, but they were helpful about non Cuban alternatives and with advice to less experienced smokers

Every thing is great, I like how they package the cigars, and I like the fast shipping, great prices, and the excellent customer service and friendly staff specially Mr. Raymon, he is always very helpful. Great place for cigar lovers. They have a wide selection of cigars, and great limited selections. One of the best places for chocolates, my favorite being the salted dark chocolate with pistachio. The staff are friendly, cooperative, helpful and hospital. You can enjoy your cigar in their lounge. The atmosphere is nice with an excellent selection of wine, whiskey and rum, as well as coffee. I highly recommend this place. Personally, I visit it at least once every two weeks.

Friendly staff, relatively fast processing speed compared to other online cigar shops, but slow product delivery, frequent customer mail ignore, and genuine Cuban cigars. i can give you 4 points when judged everything.
