The
location
is
pretty
close
to
the
Europe
star
train
station.
I
booked
this
hotel
with
the
assumption
that
we
would
get
a
canal
view
but
it
turned
out
to
be
false.
The
hotel
is
very
clean
and
rooms
are
very
spacious
but
it's
about
20
mins
walk
to
all
touristy
streets.
I
would
have
given
service
a
1
star
if
I
could
but
manager
Elisa
was
wonderful
so
I
gave
it
a
3
star.
Upon
entering,
the
front
desk
attendant
couldn't
even
squeeze
one
smile.
As
we
continued
to
ask
questions,
her
nonchalant
attitude
became
more
apparent.
At
one
point,
my
friend
wanted
to
add
her
IHG
member
number
but
needed
a
manager
to
override.
So
I
took
this
opportunity
to
ask
to
speak
with
the
manager
because
I
felt
like
she
wasn't
really
being
helpful.
She
quickly
responded,
oh
it
will
take
a
while.
So
she
just
wrote
down
the
number
and
advised
that
the
manager
will
review
later.
Her
attitude
came
across
discriminatory
to
me
as
we
are
Asians
and
she
appeared
to
be
Dutch.
Or
it
could
be
a
cultural
thing?
Nevertheless,
if
you
work
in
a
service
industry,
the
basic
courtesy
is
to
greet
the
guests.
Management,
if
you
are
reading
this,
she
needs
training.
She
is
on
the
shorter
side
with
shoulder
length
curly
reddish
brown
hair.
Anyway,
I
didn't
want
to
make
a
scene
so
we
went
to
fill
up
our
water
at
the
dining
room
but
as
we
were
preparing
to
leave
the
hotel
for
a
day
trip
(our
rooms
were
not
ready),
I
saw
a
woman
with
the
brightest
smile.
Her
name
tag
says
Elisa.
I
went
up
to
her
and
asked
if
she
was
the
manager
and
she
happily
responded
yes
and
asked
if
she
could
help
us
with
anything.
She
was
really
friendly
and
professional.
Overall,
my
stay
was
without
any
hiccups.
the
rooms
were
very
spacious
and
clean.
Breakfasts
had
a
great
selection.
I
especially
loved
the
fresh
fruits
and
fresh
squeezed
orange
juice.
Thank
you
Elisa
for
your
hospitality!
