Bought a beautiful Jura Z10 in Hoofddorp last year. We were then helped to our satisfaction, otherwise we would not have left with more than 2,700 euros in trade. Now there was a malfunction in the device and there was no interest for us at all. We were sent away and had to call the Jura helpdesk ourselves. In consultation with Jura, we left the device there anyway. Jura neatly repaired the device and even gave it a service. Really beyond expectations! If Simon Levelt had told us that himself, we would certainly have left with a positive experience. Now I had to call the Jura service desk myself. I give 2 stars for service because we were helped properly last year, but they deserve 1 star because of their actions during the last 2 visits. Missed opportunity! P.S.
