There's no lockdown measures mentioned on website or Google. Went there to see a board that says they won't print for anything below 10 euros. Found a better shop, got it done without trouble.

Very helpful staff, even adjusted my document for me when I made some mistakes. Also very good value. Honestly the best service in Groningen. If you have something special to print I suggest going here!

Really recommend this place! I went there to make my first ever art prints and they were very patient and helpful answering all my questions and helping me get the result I wanted. Compared to other prints shops they also have more options for different kinds of paper to print on etc. the first day they helped me make them on the spot, but the second day they didn’t have enough time to help me which was unfortunate, so I would definitely keep in mind that it can be pretty busy and it could take them up to two working days to make your product.

Amicable and cooperative staff. I've been a customer there since 2016. Everything is just perfect, and 'T Hartje is the best in the city for sure. Tho maybe better prices and offers can be offered to the regular customers since few things are a bit expensive compared to online ordering. But when it comes to urgent and quality needs, 'T Hartje is the best solution in the city of Groningen.

Approached them for a poster for a conference already a bit last minute and they managed to do everything on time! Although the first print came out wrong, Edwin was very kind solving the issue and printing a new one straight away :)

I arrived (15 minutes before closing time) waited for about 20 minutes in line to then be told that they are closed and won't help me anymore. Now, I understand that I may have arrived last minute, but would it have cost you so much to tell me that closing time is nearing and that you won't be able to help me anymore? To make it worse, I was standing right behind the client that the salesclerk was helping, so he could see me standing there the whole time! But no! He decided to let me wait to then break the news that he won't help me. On top of it, he even had the audacity to tell me to come back the following day at 8.00. Thanks, but no thanks! After being treated that way, not even apologetic, I am never setting foot in that place again! Mind you that for all my printing needs I always went there. Looking at the bad reviews, I never understood them, but now I see. You have now lost a loyal client of at least 6 years. Bye!
