    I started training with Mimi before she set up the Feel Good Mums studio and classes, and I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone. Mimi is a caring, dedicated and knowledgeable professional. She tailors her classes (one-on-one or group) to the individuals who take part in them, rather than trying to apply a 'one size fits all' method or simply following the latest fitness craze. She listens to you and your objectives, not only helping you achieve them but also teaching you about fitness and health so you can eventually develop your own training routine. Mimi is extremely passionate about her work and is constantly learning and gaining qualifications to ensure that she delivers effective classes. After undergoing sensitive surgery, Mimi was the person I turned to, to help me recover, regain strength and confidence. I cannot recommend her classes more.

    At the CrossFit box I was still training in my early pregnancy, I really didn't get the coaching I needed. Then I found out that someone with a CrossFit background had her own studio, specialised in pre- & post natal fitness: Miriam! She was exactly what I needed, providing the right coaching and still really challenging (or as she likes to call them: spicyyy šŸ˜‰ ) work-outs. Thanks to Miriam I was able to keep training until the night before I gave birth! And now, more than three years later, I still train with her! Because her studio is just a really nice place to go to, with all the space to be exhausted because you haven't slept properly for 2,5 years, and support from all the other mombeasts. But also because you don't often see a coach that is so dedicated to what she does AND really knows what she is talking about. Miriam is super smart, enthusiastic & driven. A long story short šŸ˜‰ If you're considering to go train with her.. you won't regret it!

    The best postpartum course there is! A lot of information, personal assessments and very good sports coaching. You will not regret working out with Miriam ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ We had a small group of four pp mamaā€™s and it was so wonderful to work out together and get to know each other a bit. Iā€™m usually not too much of a socializer ;) but this was really so much fun! Iā€™m really happy I did the 12-weeks program because now Iā€™m a lot more confident in what I can do! šŸ’Ŗ

    I've been training with Miriam for three years now. During my first pregnancy, the postpartum period, leading up to my second pregnancy. Now, postpartum again, I can't wait to join the classes after summer. I'm not the kind of girl that 'likes' to join mama (to be) classes and chit-chat about baby stuff, but this one is different! It's a very safe space to be yourself and to work out at your own pace. I like to be a mum beast during classes but have also had my bad days. Miriam is very attentive and always guarding your well-being. Meaning, if you have a bad day she helps you to protect your energy and still get the most out of your exercises as possible (and you end the class with more energy than you came with ;)). It also means it's a safe space to talk about your limitations or insecurities that all of us - to some extent or another - have to deal with (pelvic floor issues, diastasis, ongoing low energy, etc). It all comes down to knowledge and personality. Miriam is very educated about prenatal and postpartum health, an excellent (personal) trainer, and bringing the right vibe. Without these classes, I wouldn't have trained this well during both of my pregnancies, I wouldn't have been that strong and prepared for labour and I wouldn't have been able to handle my prolapse issues that well. I can't thank you enough :) Also, a big shout out to the other trainers at FGMs that are currently teaching or have substituted during Miriam's pregnancy leave!

    Some coaches in certain sports still lack the necessary expertise to train and may even avoid working with pregnant women. Fortunately, I came across the contact information for Feel Good Moms on Brianna Battles' website, where I learned that Miriam is a certified coach endorsed by Brianna. I immediately contacted Feel Good Moms and Miriam showed genuine interest in addressing my inquiries and concerns. She promptly scheduled a personalized one-on-one training session, during which she went above and beyond traditional personal training. Miriam's passion for her work and her dedication to helping others were evident. I gained a wealth of knowledge and left her studio feeling confident in my ability to safely continue exercising throughout my pregnancy.

    I would highly recommend FeelGoodMoms to pregnant women and postpartum moms. I followed Miriam's 12-week post partum program, and what an amazing journey it has been! The program is built up carefully and this is great as freshly postpartum mom. Through these 12 weeks I have re-gained confidence in training & what my body can do. After finishing this program you are ready to (re-)enter any type of sports you might want to take part in, including running/jumping/bootcamps etc., which was a big plus for me as I like to join bootcamps outside. Not only was this program well structured, it was also lots of fun! Miriam is a great coach and a fantastic and honest human being, and the classes were not just about training, but also about motherhood and connecting on a personal level, striking a balance between your new role as a mother while at the same time not losing your own person. Overall a very complete and warm program for any new born mom that loves working out. I look forward to joining some of her Mom Beast classes in the near future as well :).

    Feel Good Moms is the best place to train! Miriam is a great professional, she knows how to adapt to each individual body and is an expert trainer for Moms and Moms to be! She has trained me for a year now and the results are visible! Trainings with Her are fun, I highly recommend Miriam!

    I am SO happy that I found Miriam at Feel Good Moms when I moved to The Hague just before giving birth to my first baby! She ā€˜savedā€™ my mental and physical health through two postpartum periods and one pregnancy. Miriam provides a safe and fun environment for mamas & mamas-to-be to exercise and to learn about our changing bodies (she has as wealth of knowledge). I particularly like that she adapts her approach and programming to each individualā€™s needs, physical state, goals, etc (even in group classes). Thank you Miriam!

    Feel Good Moms lives up to it's name. I joined the club when I was looking for a safe place to exercise during pregnancy. Miriam is definitely an expert and makes you aware of your body and your capabilities as a mom (to be) in an understandable way. Also, her energy just lifts you up :) When she started the post partum program I didn't hesitate to join. The postpartum program gave me more confidence again, both physically and mentally. It's been such a fun and great journey with the other moms and Miriam. I can recommend this place to any mom who wants to feel good (again) about herself before and after giving birth!

    I totally recommend to train at feelgoodmoms. It completely changed my postpartum journey and Iā€™ll believe that without the lovely help and support of Miriam and the other feelgoodmoms I wouldnā€™t be feeling as good as I feel right now. In the end of my pregnancy I got really sick and on top of that I ended up in the hospital a week after giving birth. I had to stay there for some time. As a consequence I struggled with my health for 7 months. Both physically and mentally. I kept thinking back about my pre pregnancy physique, when I trained for 5-10 hours a week and was really strong and fit. After 7 months postprtum I started training at Feelgoodmoms and the warm welcome from Miriam and the other feelgoodmoms helped me so much. I feel so much better right now both psychically and mentally. Miriam and the other feelgoodmoms really contributed to that. Miriam has such funny and helpful cues on your posture. She is really understanding and so much fun. I even can go running nowadays, which I couldnā€™t do even before I was pregnant due to injuries. So I am so glad I met Miriam and I am still going to Feelgoodmoms, because I enjoy it so much!

    best decision ever - 100% to be recommended after the birth of my second child, my body didn't really want to go back to the shape it was in before... the abdominal muscles stayed apart (no rectus diastasis yet, but not quite together either), and everything was a bit wobbly and unstable. very frustrating. i didn't dare to go back to my sports life from before, wanted to build up again slowly. on a recommendation, I found feelGoodMoms and so I decided to book 1:1 lessons with Miriam (the 1:1 due to my very restricted personal time schedule ā€“ I am sure the group class is very good too). she is soooo good. unbelievable how much knowledge and energy fit into such a tiny person. Seemlingly effortless, she watches me during the exercises like a hawk, making me adapt to the correct position and execution during the process. And all this in a relaxed environment with pleasant music in the background. I can feel the muscles the next day, but in a healthy way. The exercises get more challenging with the time, just matching my bodyā€™s condition. not only does my belly feel like nearly "normal" again, she also managed to bring my whole body into quite a fit state again, so that now I will be able to pick up my pre-pregnancy sport life again. Completely satisfied.

    FGM provides a great and supportive environment for mums (to be). Miriam and other trainers are extremely professional, and the trainings offer a good combination of breathing technique/strengths/endurance that allow for safe exercising during pregnancy and postpartum, but also prepare you to ā€œgraduateā€ to other sports. One of the strongest points of FGM is that every movement/breathing technique is explained, which also gives you tools to use in your own sports practice. Finally, FGM is also a fun and safe place to connect to other expecting/postpartum mums. Highly recommended!

    I really enjoyed the 12-week postpartum program. I definitely learned a lot about the different aspects of my personal postpartum journey. Miriam is such a nice person and really knowledgeable. Her background in CrossFit was definitely a plus for me as she understood my thoughts. Would recommend going here!

    So glad to have found Miriam and Feel Good Moms! The post partum program truly changed the way I move and how I feel about exercise in general. I started at zero, no exercise routine and very little strength... And was having FUN doing kettle bell swings by the end of the program! šŸ¤Æ Miriam puts so much thought into each class, breaks down or adapts the movements to your body and symptoms, and teaches you how to look after yourself as you recover and in the future. Truly an investment in yourself that will pay dividends for years to come! THANK YOU!!

    Thank you Miriam for guiding me on my way to become a fit and strong mom! I loved coming to each class always curious what we would do next. Feel Good Moms is definitely the right place to go if you want good knowledge, combined with a great atmosphere and positive mind set. I can definitely recommend this 12 week program. I would do it anytime again! As well my baby was always welcome and Miriam did everything so everybody would have a good time.

    I am so happy that I decided to join feel good moms! I started the pregnancy classes when I was 30 weeks pregnant and could still follow until almost the very end of my pregnancy with Miriam's guidance. Miriam gives you so much energy and has incredible knowledge of what she is doing. I was looking for a more dynamic workout that could still be safe for pregnancy and it was exactly what I found in feel good moms! I could only recommend it to any pregnant lady that wants to stay active during this unique period! Thank you Miriam for your valuable help :)

    I am working with Miriam to lose weight and I have learnt so much more than that. I have learnt about fitness, movement, eating patterns and what to eat. We have been able to work out my diet to prevent the stomach pain I was having. Above all we have a great time in both 1-on-1 classes and group sessions and I am getting stronger every week!

    If you do one thing for yourself while pregnant or post partum, be sure to sign up with Feel Good Mom's. It was easily the best decision I made for myself after having my first child. Miriam is just the best. Not only as a coach, but even for someone to talk to and navigate being a new mom. She has so much fitness experience, but also so many helpful tips for new moms. It's more than just fitness, it's a deep understanding of being pregnant, birth and all that comes with it after. I wanted to go back to the gym but didn't really know where to start again. Miriam guides you and teaches you how to manage things at a level and pace that is comfortable for you! The classes are really all about learning and understanding what we are doing and why we are doing it. You really do get more than a work out with Miriam. Feel Good Mom's is the best!

    This is a great gym and I'm so happy I joined. Before pregnancy I hardly had any core muscles, I was as athletic as a slug. Then, during pregnancy I decided to join Feel Good Moms and, to my great surprise, I actually became an active person! Not only that, for the first time of my life I discovered that I can be fit, strong, and not necessarily lazy. I never found a person like Miriam who takes the time to teach me movements and encourages me without making me feel like a giant slug. Now I'm one year postpartum and I'm able to do so much physically. I am even able to carry my extremely big baby up and down the terrible dutch stairs! Not to brag, but I live on the third floor with no elevator and my daughter is in the 98th percentile for weight. I recommend Feel Good Moms to all pregnant and postpartum people, but really I would say to all people. If I knew about it, I would have started even before getting pregnant. Having core muscles (and muscles in general) is great!

    I joined Feel Good Moms for the 12 week postpartum program and I would highly recommend it! Miriam has experience with fitness and training postpartum women. She makes sure that you are doing the workout appropriately and also gives you the freedom to adjust if you are uncomfortable. She helped me regain confidence in my body and myself. In addition, doing the program with other moms makes it so much better and you can all support each other. I would like to continue training with Miriam so I will join the Mom beast classes.

    I joined the 12 week postpartum program and immediately felt welcomed and in good hands. Miriam knows what she is talking about and takes her responsibilities as trainer and post partum guide seriously- and with that she comes to the program armed with not just the motivation and confidence building of a good trainer but also the latest research and realistic approach to reconnecting to your post partum body. I loved every class and feel so much more capable in how to work with my body should it need adjustments but also just to enjoy tough movements again.

    I joined Feel Good Moms for the 12-week postpartum program and I can highly recommend! Miriam is very knowledgeable and teaches with such a passion that is really inspiring.     Feel Good Moms! I am so grateful to have found Miriam who was a precious support for my physical post partum journey and definitely brought a lot of mental health benefits.     I highly recommend Feel Good Moms and in particular the 12 week postpartum programme. Miriam works so hard to give you the kind of individualized training that you would normally only get in a one-on-one session, and sheā€™s absolutely committed to working through all quirks and challenges that come up along the recovery journey.     I have been working with Mimi for some time now and I love the holistic approach that she brings to the session. Her knowledge is so extensive and she can tailor your workout to how you are doing that day in an instant so that you always get the most from your training.

    Iā€™ve always been extremely happy I found Miriamā€™s studio. The workouts she provides are excellent and fun, and the atmosphere she has created within her studio allows for a safe environment for woman to train (both pre and postnatal) while also learning essential information on their bodies and on how to adapt trainings/movements. Miriam is fun and sweet at the same time and always makes sure her training sessions are adapted to her clients. I would recommend training with Miriam to any mom (to be).

    I was fortunate enough to have met Miriam early this year as I was looking for some help getting back to the gym... She offered me a much more interesting way to achieve a healthy and a balanced lifestyle through completely different exercises and nutrition guidance that I had never experienced before. I was faced with an incredible result!! A much stronger foundation which helped me not only loose weight but feel better and balanced. Miriam has that secret ingredient to a successful people... she is passionate about her job!! She researches new techniques and is constantly updating herself with new courses and trainings. I definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a better quality of life.
