The place is great but the service is not that good. In my opinion the prices are quite expensive for being a casual restaurant. The food was quite normal and they expect you to pay before receiving the food.

Le Pub at Leidseplein is a great place to have a drink and spend a good time. It has two ambiences, interior and terrace. The terrace is a great place to observe Amsterdam’s life passing by. Drinks are great, and food is correct. In fact, food comes from a nearby restaurant, and it is not elaborated in Le Pub. Service is dynamic and kind. Good place to be.

It was the wordt place i have ever been!!! The food is terrible. I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich and it was not nice. The coffee was good.

I ordered the eggs benedict, and I didn’t finish it, because it tasted so bad. Would recommend for just a drink, but would defenitly not recommend it for food. Also the food was way to expensive for the quality. I will not go here another time.

Solid joint for steak and beginning of the night drinking. The steak is super tender and cooked to perfect medium rare. Get the fried platter to share. There was promotion for a free bottle opener for every three Victoria beer you order. We ended up ordering Victoria so everyone would have one beer opener…

Good service, and good food. Though we did have some confusion about the pricing. I enjoyed the outdoor seating. I generally like this little area too. It’s still got food and shopping (even an Apple store) but it’s not as busy as some other areas. Coffee shops (weed) close by. It’s close to Vondelpark if you want to walk your beer and meal off.

Good food and beer. The ribs were not the best but quite decent. Too much onion in the salad though.

Drink seems okay, however do not eat here. Overpriced. €14 for these "Crispy Hot Chicken Wings" They arrived with no napkins, no garnish except for a squeeze sachet of something. Over cooked, not hot and 6 wings for €14....and one of them wings were half a wing

Good beer suggests Leffe Blond (6.6%) and Julius (8.5%). Caesar salad is very tasty, with pieces of chicken as well. Karamari is a great with beer. Recommend sitting in front of the cafe’ at evening time, watching people walking the square.

Good beers, high prices, TERRIBLE food. I'm so mad I paid 12€ for a dry chicken sandwich with low-quality ingredients. Even the bitterballen are the worst I've ever eaten. This is a tourist trap, maybe go for a drink but don't eat there. PS : the waitress actually made us pay more than we had to and ignored us when we tried to tell her. This is a disgrace.

Nice original pub with a large outdoor seating area and original decor inside. The service is prompt and friendly, and the food was tasty - they serve up classic pub food. I had the chicken sate dish which was nice!

Perfect place to eat something tasty ( vegetarian 🌱 options) and drink ( wide beer menu). You have to try Stassen - Cidre Cuvée Rosé. And of course great service!

I have been eating here every 8 weeks for the past year. I am happy to say that the food is consistently good, priced right for the area and they regularly have a great standard beer selection but a seasonal selection as well. The staff is friendly and efficient. I mentioned to my friends that this is my favorite pub in Amsterdam.

It's really self-service around here... Even if you walk past the waiter and ask if you can order soon (we're only ordering drinks) they're far too occupied with other stuff. Number of guests and staff seemed sufficient enough to handle this. Only one person is on the terrace and walks in and out and ignores you when you ask something. A terrace this size should have at least one waiter outside at all times. I'm avoiding this place from now on.

Colslaw was out of date, and the food was very basic. Customer service was brilliant until I heard a lady complaining about wanted to go home and how much she hate working there

The nachos here are good but there were not enough toppings and they were kind of overpriced. The waiters were nice but they forgot about us for about an hour, so we were just waiting to order more stuff:/

The spot to watch people and have a good meal.. when the weather is good you can sit outside . The service is great and friendly the food is good. We liked the Nacho's
