We went for lunch and the steak was one of the best I had in a long time. Cooked perfectly as requested, juicy, tasty sauce. The sides were also fresh and delicious. We also had the burger and it was as nice. The staff was helpful and their decor is interesting. Great place for that protein.

I happened to be in town during the Kings Birthday celebration and stopped in for dinner. The American inspired cusine was wonderful, especially the barbequed pork ribs! We enjoyed a nice beverage and meeting some great people. Highly recommend! FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Good vibe and decent food. First meal in Amsterdam and this had lots of reviews. Food was pretty good, had the beef burger was nice. Chips were also good, just add some salt. Corner location with nice decor and atmosphere. Got pretty busy, but still good. Would come back. TVs also have sports playing.

The meat was tasty, salmon salad was tasty too. The staff is kind and friendly. I liked also the music. Yesterday (07.12.23) there were 2 not polite women working there. They were rude with us. Not good service. 😐 The meat in rib-eye steak wasn't fresh, I think.

Great place for a few beers or a yummy, filling meal right in the heart of Amsterdam. Grizzly bar & restaurant has a great selection of food and drinks, is close by all the major sights and has friendly and quick staff. Pretty cool atmosphere, specially if you’re into the sports bar theme.

Had some ribs there. The portions were huge and we struggled to finish it. The ribs were very soft but could have been better flavoured. Service could have been quicker but the staff was friendly.

Went here on our last day in Amsterdam for a meal before heading to the airport! For city centre food this has to be one of the best fresh 🥩 and flavours and amazing atmosphere! It’s located about 2 min walk from the church in the red light district. It’s very reasonable on price aswell and I can’t wait to visit again when I’m next here

Horrible service. As a tourist, I bought a waffle from outside and wasn’t planning on eating it at the restaurant. I got yelled at by this waiter in-front of everyone to leave. He also very rude and didn’t let me make reservations for 3 people. My friend came in after and took her in. The food quality was not good. I ordered a Caesar salad and chicken with no bacon. They don’t write any notes on orders. The salad was all full of sauce. The chicken tasted like cardboard. Me and my friends were all dissatisfied with this restaurant.

A nice lunch at the traditional pub can never be wrong. Very clean tidy and the "pulled pork bun" was the nicest excuse to have an extra beer. 😁

Fantastic food, can't go wrong with the options here. We got a pulled pork sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich. Might even have the BEST RANCH I've ever had. Prices are decent for the touristy area. Would recommend.

Great place! We spent some time looking for the best place to eat some burgers and randomly end up here. Great and fast service, the lunch menu includes a burger, fries, sauces, salad and beer. All you can ask for for just 10E. And surprisingly: the food was insanely good. Highly recommend it :)

My best recommendation is to visit Rotterdam and Den Haag, I found nicer people in those cities. Amsterdam feels tired about tourists, Talking about bars.

Great restaurant in the heart of tourist alley. Pricing is on point for the customers walking in off the street, it's not cheap. Great selection of hard liquors and good beers available. Beef burger was good but a bit dry. Ribs were to die for, so moist and with extra sauce. Delish! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant surprise. We were having some drinks around the area on a Saturday night and we wanted to grab dinner before carrying on with the night. We had a stroll around and lots of places looked bad, and the decent ones, had queue or were already closed. We spotted this one and by the look, kind of sports American bar, and the quality of some places of the streets around, I thought it would be just ok. But food was actually decent and nice. We ordered chicken tenders, and meat was juicy and tender. Burgers also tasted good and they were filling. Service was also good, there was only one waiter around and one girl behind the bar. They were friendly and attentive, but also chilled and easy going, they just made the environment more pleasant. Definetely recommend if you are around the area and want something decent and you are unsure where to go, specially if it's at night and most of the places open are bad!

The food was really good and the portions are reaaaally generous, so, if you find it a littttle bit overpriced, dont worry, completely worths it! I had a burger grizzly with fries, my partner had nachos and chicken wings. All delicious. The service is excellent!

Very good place with delicious food and nice atmosphere. We had to wait in the queue in front of the bar for a couple of minutes, but it was worth it. Ribs and fries came quickly and were delicious. The waiter was very nice and had a good sense of humour :) We also hade a chance to watch a football game while eating. Recommended place!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The entire experience, from the ambiance to the service, was fantastic. The food, in particular, was delicious and left us thoroughly satisfied. We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

Nice little restaurant/bar that has some amazing food and drinks. Another bonus is that they were showing the football (Premier League). Would have got 5 star's but felt rushed by the staff to hurry our food and leave even though the restaurant wasn't busy.

Had a medium cooked T-bone steak, served with home-made chimichurri sauce and some greens on the side. It was delicious, tender and juicy 🥩 !! I accompanied it with a distinguished American IPA 🍺. * Overall the service was excellent in terms of greetings, hospitality and timing, and the staff has been friendly and readily available to the customers. The restaurant is vintage in style, with very beautiful decorations that are carefully selected so that it does not become too complex and loaded. The tall windows ensure you have a nice view of the busy streets and make up for a romantic dinner or for an atmospheric hangout with pals. * Also tasted a 🍔, again superb tasting meat, the bun was fluffy and buttery and the sauce paired exquisitely!!

Great decent American style burgers, but sercice could be improved. After the previous bad experience we had in another restaurant we were craving for a good burger for late lunch and Google led us to this place. Apperantly this was an excellent choice. The beer selection is very good and the service is very fast. After a small wait we got 2 giant juicy burgers with everything you need on top, a small fresh salad and fries on the side made this dish just perfect. Only points for improvement is on the service. I'm not sure if it's a culture thing here in the netherlands, but the lady that took our order was a bit rude on the attitude. Also I've asked for a medium roasted burger and she answered me that it's only well done. Well not sure why, but a place that knows it's way around meat should allow the option to order a different level of meat roasting. All in all other than that this place is pretty recommended, with nice vibes and good music

Incredible burgers, nice ribs, and good customer service. They serve fast and delicious, though waiters are not very attentive to the tables sometimes. Food and drinks prices is ok though, and inside it is comfortable.

Overpriced, rude service, almost halfway decent food. €18 for a Heineken pitcher, €7.50 for a sandwich that doesn’t come with fries. Good location is the only positive. The Philadelphia cheesesteak was no where near authentic and had zucchini in it even though that wasn’t listed on the menu. The sandwich came with four tiny pieces of steak that was over cooked and not shaved. Fries were unseasoned and seemed fresh out of the freezer. Cool interior decor. Whoever the boss is seemed to treat the employees poorly.

The worst food experience that I had in Amsterdam. Even the service was awful. Nachos was reheated in microwave and it was soggy and tasteless in general the disgrace of this dish. So if you're Mexican avoid... the burger was completely below average not even close to that actually
