I
asked
the
staff
in
reception
3
times
within
three
days
to
clean
our
room
&
every
time
they
said
"
we
will
prioritize
to
clean
it"
nothing
happened.
Eventually
after
the
4
times
of
the
fourth
day
they
send
someone
to
clean
the
room
but
the
only
thing
they
did
was
to
make
up
the
bed.
NOT
EVEN
CHANGED
THE
BEDSHEETS,
NO
TOWELS,
NO
VACUUM
CLEANING.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
&
explained
the
situation,
he
was
trying
to
teach
me
how
the
"service"
and
"
do
not
disturb"
button
works.
I
sai:
I'm
an
IT-engineer
&
know
how
to
press
the
right
button.
finally
in
our
last
day
the
manager
brought
house
keeping
to
clean
our
room.
while
checking
out
the
staff
excuse
was
that
they
were
aware
of
the
house
keeping
inefficiency
&
they
will
be
changing
them
next
month.
We
received
no
sort
of
compensation,
although
they
have
accepted
their
fault.
A
waste
of
money,
1000Euro
for
4
nights
a
normal
room.
