Gerrit is someone with whom you quickly feel at ease. He is professional and works hard on the muscles, which is sometimes quite tough. Fortunately, there is also plenty of room for nice relaxation. Gerrit has given me the insight that in addition to the massage, I can also tackle the cause of the complaints myself through exercises, breathing and awareness of my posture. I'm not there yet, but things are definitely getting better. The next appointment is already scheduled.
