Worst case. Motor saw taken to me due to... fluctuating speeds and strange noise. Replace clutch springs. Everything else was good. Tried it at home but the speed was still not good. Went back again. Then the carburetor was readjusted, but that didn't work. According to the mechanic, this was due to the worn cylinder. What nonsense. Then we started doing it ourselves. Cylinder did indeed have some wear, but nothing significant. After some research on the internet, I finally ordered and installed the membrane set. Carburettor adjusted and the saw runs perfectly again. Total cost 10€. I'll never go there again.

Then you think that people understand that there is some haste, because the grass continues to grow. A part had to be ordered. You hope and think that it will arrive within a few days. No! Afterwards I heard that the part was difficult to obtain due to the corona situation. So be it, but it would still be nice if this were reported. Now you wait two weeks and nothing happens. Not this time and last year I also had to wait three weeks before any action was taken. I sincerely believe that people mean well, but I still have the feeling that the communications department needs an uplift.
