Cold americano is awful. Probably not freshly brewed because it was evening. If we add the uncleaned tables on top of it, I can say that it was not a very pleasant experience.

Starbucks Stadskamer Hoog Catharijne has very rude employees. Who only speak English?!!! The lady who took my order did absolutely not pay attention to my request for soy milk. We ordered and payed two coffee at once but the employee who shouted out the completed orders yelled the coffees one by one, as loud as if she was at a market. She did not know for sure which one was with soy milk and both coffees tasted very strange. To top it of, there was a cap of a milk carton in the coffee! We brought it to the counter but there was hardly an excuse. I will never go there and be yelled at.

Very long an slow queue. Staff is so tired that hardly can understand you. Half of listed food is not available. Very poor service. Never again to visit.

Toilet is 'in maintenance' since March (at least) - unbelievable (and ilegal?). Cappuccino is expensive and not good.

The drink doesn't look like the picture on their website. Very little strawberry jam which you can't taste at all. You may wait for a long time for your orders. Sometimes it's quick but mostly it's not. You gotta make sure your drink is correctly made.

Nice ambiente, but there are no toilets.

Usually Starbucks is fairly consistent in terms of flavor. Not this branch. Somehow they manage to make the Signature Hot Chocolate taste like vanilla sirup with water. No noticeable chocolate flavor and only the slightest hint of milk.

How much ice would have been there if I hadn't said light ice. The little bit of refresher I had tasted good though. I wish I could have gotten more, without the brain freeze.

i was waiting for 25 minutes and didn’t get my latte. when i said it to personal they said maybe someone else took it. they did new one but wrong one and without syrup

It's Starbucks, so obviously it's good. But besides that, they got my drink right immediately and that's not very common for a Starbucks in between a bunch of stores.

They didn't ask my name and didn't write anything on the cup. This is the reason people come to Starbucks not for the coffee for your name on the cup.

Got order wrong had to wait extremely long for them to get it right, And no student discount which was quite disappointing.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was ice cold inside, they changed it for a new one which was also cold. I was told by a very nice guy that I could choose between getting a refund or something else. I chose a croissant and a pain au chocolat, which was 50c more than the sandwich. The store manager told him that I’d have to pay the difference. I wouldn’t mind paying it, of course, but she didn’t even look at me or apologised for me not getting my food. Such an unpleasant behaviour of her.
