Ben erg tevreden, sport daar 2-3 keer per week in de ochtend voordat ik werk. Goede start van de dag. Qua calisthenics doe ik pull up wide and small. Wide and small grip row, push ups, incline push ups, decline push ups, triceps dips, back extension en wat abbs excersises. Zoals legg raises, Rocky dragon flag bij het schuine bankje. Ook gebruik ik een boomstam van +/- 15 kg en 3 meter lang om bepaalde excersises te doen. B.v. schouder pres, arm Curl, pectoralis, triceps curl en walking lunges. Als het mooier weer wordt ga ik foto's maken.

It is a nice little park. Good for a quick session after university. It is not busy for training but the surroundings can be, especially after university when everyone leaves.

The great community feeling can be felt here if you dare to approach others and be a conversation starter! I have had many enjoyable moments with friendly people who always were kind enough to provide me with tips and support. If I were to come here more often I feel I could definitively find a sense of belonging and community here! The location is absolutely great for students who study close by. There is public transport available close by.

Fantastic Calisthenics Park even with a set of rings, and all other things you need in terms of basics. It is a bit small though, and the monkeybars are bended not in a nice way but that is my personal preference. More in western Utrecht there's a bigger calisthenics park.
