[Update
after
a
previous
review]
I
stayed
at
this
hostel
for
4
nights
-
I
booked
an
all-female
6
sleeping
room
of
which
there
is
a
slightly
higher
price
for
compared
to
the
mixed
rooms*
(*correct
at
the
time
of
booking).
On
the
second
night
I
stayed
there,
a
male
was
booked
into
our
room
and
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
leaving
the
room
and
drawing
attention
to
myself
but
I
felt
unsafe
and
emailed
reception.
This
was
in
the
late
hours
of
the
night
and
some
of
the
people
in
our
room
were
already
asleep.
I
got
an
email
response
back
only
in
the
morning
stating
night
staff
do
not
read
and
answer
emails
and
that
the
issue
would
be
resolved,
encouraging
me
to
come
to
reception
for
more
info.
I
did
and
upon
arrival
received
an
apology
and
promise
it
wouldn't
happen
again
but
this
staff
member
was
lovely
and
don't
blame
her
for
what's
to
follow.
That
night,
the
third
night,
the
same
thing
happened
after
I
was
promised
it
wouldn't
happen
again
(like
I
said,
I
don't
blame
the
employee
who
promised
me).
I
went
down
to
reception
already
dressed
to
go
to
bed
and
the
man
working
at
reception
said
"okay,
I'll
come
with
you
to
kick
him
out".
You're
not
kicking
out
a
guest,
you're
allocating
him
a
new
room
after
an
error
you*
made.
Why
was
I
paying
extra
for
a
room
that
half
the
time
I
was
there
was
not
correct.
I
even
ended
up
removing
sheets
on
behalf
of
other
guests
who
have
checked
out
who
couldn't
bother
to
do
so
themselves
even
though
it
was
communicated
to
them,
and
still
on
the
last
night
someone
checked
into
the
room
and
there
were
old
sheets
on
her
assigned
bed.
She
ended
up
sleeping
in
an
unassigned
bed
with
new
sheets
that
she
got
from
reception.
Really
not
impressed,
it
was
a
massive
shock
compared
to
the
amazing
experience
I
had
with
the
other
StayOkay
hostels
I've
stayed
in.
On
a
side
note:
Jennifer
was
lovely
and
helped
me
feel
calm
while
I
was
a
little
bit
afraid
and
freaking
out,
and
remained
understanding
when
I
told
her
why.
She
gets
5
stars.
