I have been a regular customer until today! I ordered an order at 15:22 online and picked up the order after half an hour. Yhe chef asked me if such a pizza could be because it was badly made and I said no and wants a new one. So I waited another minutes. Unfortunately, being at home I got a pizza as it was seen. So no new one was made. In addition, I found hair while eating. Please be careful! They are young people not competent and arrogant. I keep reporting the matter because it already exceeds my expectations.

Ordered Pizzas online for delivery at 19:45. Its 20:48 as I write this and I am still waiting.. Calling doesn't help as it doesn't get picked up. If you are so incompetent, unable to scale and deliver, stop with all fake promises of delivery and please close your business.

2 hours now waiting a pizza, no one picks up the phone, I don't know if it's going to get here but I already had dinner. If I could put a -5, I would do it. Don't buy here, don't even think about buying here.

I placed an order yesterday and got a callback That it can not be delivered as there is no driver available. The next availability of driver was at 17:00 as per the person who called me. I am wondering what are you doing with pizza delivery with out availability of driver !! Extremely disappointed. You lost a gold card customer and family. UPDATE: After social media based conversations, Dominos has confirmed that this is a very one off incident due to expected employee being sick. They have confirmed that necessary arrangements will be made going forward and most importantly communication on such incidents will be made more clear than just stating that 'order cannot be delivered now'. As a compensation, I was also offered a free pizza which I ordered today at 12:10, same was delivered at 12:45. Based on today's experience, I have raised my rating to 3 [earlier it was 1]. I will look further to see how the services are, and will update my rating further to add more stars or reduce stars.

The worst customer experience ever i meet. I ordered pizza delivery through application, money from my account was gone, but application showed me message like: " Unable to complete your order, please contact our store", And after this i've got nothing - No pizza, no money refound, no answers on my messages to customer service. NOTHING.

-10*. Waiting since 18.58 for an order, no notification of issues or late delivery! Paid when ordered online...now after 2 hours and 30 minutes status changes to CANCELLED???? Tried calling numerous times, no answer or call picked up & put down. Domino’s HQ is going to have a lot of explaining to do!!!

Terrible place. After 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting without being contacted, I call the restaurant. The uninterested employee lets me know it will take at least another hour for them to prepare the order! No apologies, just that it is very busy. Terrible place, never again!

Ordered food at 18.26 and after an hour it wasn't delived, the guy on the phone said it won't be soon and wasn't helpful, they should mention on their website that they are busy and can't deliver in 1 hour than making customer wait. Really bad experience' and this is a regular practice at this outlet.

Give me my money back please! I ordered a pizza on 28th December and they cancelled my order due to the shortage of deliverer. They said the money will come back in 5 days.. At the moment of writing this it is 10th January and I still haven’t gotten anything yet. I called and they say it comes in another 5 days?! How can such a simple and basic task be so difficult?? This is practically a theft. be ashamed of yourself!

They take hours to get to your house and let's be honest, who really orders from here because they just looooove the quality and will wait for it? Nobody. They need to get it together, I called to order one day and they said it would be a two hour wait so I went down there and saw all 8 employees standing around on their phones. No wonder it was going to take so long.

Horrible service!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!.. they brought the order 2 HOURS LATE!! We called to get some free drinks for the inconvinience and you know what?.. the delivery boy came without the drinks and claimed he forgot to bring them... he said he would return to bring them and never came back!.. we called several times and they never picked up the phone. Very unprofessional. As if it was managed by spoiled children!

Pizzas are good, but they delivered the wrong Pizza to me. I had asked for one with roast beef, but instead got one with nothing but cheese. They took more than 30 minutes to bring me a new pizza.

The credit cards from abroad did not work due to a problem with their dataphone and they did not allow us to pay in cash according to them "free cash" so even paying they did not help us, a real shame in this tyrannical and globalist world

Worst customer service multiple wrong communications still one hour pizza never delivered ( keep saying driver on the way & on the way which not true)after the second call staff asking shall I cancel the order K call the drive to come back what a ridiculous reply ????? Don’t recommend this branch.

Time of writing 16-12-1992 I've ordered a pizza with dominos last night and I have just received my order. I'm just a bit disappointed with the fact they have sent me a frozen pizza. For some reason I thought I would receive something to kill my hunger immediately but I guessed wrong. The guy delivering the pizza had no idea it took them over 3h to deliver my pizza. You have more luck trying to get in touch with Zielenski instead of one of them nowadays when you try to give them a call. To bring it down to a single word: embarrassing

Terrible service and arrogant staff at this Hilversum store. I visited store today since pizza was not delivered even after 2,5 hours and calls were not being picked. I was been told delivery boy is on his way to my home for last 1,5 hours. Biggest joke!!. Never order pizza again from this store. By the way I am amazed for many bad reviews of this store and don’t understand why staff especially at this store are still being entertained like this. I left the feedback of the person who exhibited his smart skills at the store but it looks they don’t change.
