This has been my box for almost 7 years and it still doesn't get tired. Great coaches, great coaching, fantastic box, challenging and structured workouts, facing continuous mental defiance, while getting fitter, stronger and having a great time. I can definitely recommend working out here or say 'hi' during a drop-in.

BE WARNED: Do not sign up for a debit order to be deducted for this gym - awful administration & threaten you with Collection Agency when it’s their email that isn’t working! Very hard to contact by phone, email or even contact us on their website when it comes to cancelling your debit order!

Amazing place !

Been coming here for a couple a months now and I love it. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, they have custom programs for beginners (I did their 28 days program to learn the proper form for exercises) and even for a regular workout they adapt it so that regardless of your level of fitness you can follow the class. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, no egos.
