We spent a night with our boat in this harbor and received a very friendly welcome. Upon arrival, it was neatly explained how it works, what facilities Vinkeveen has, etc. Unfortunately, the power did not work, a technician had been there yesterday. After reporting this, it was resolved within 2 hours and we could use the electricity. We have been kept well informed about this! Top service here. (A lot better than on the other side!!)

I had one of these “construction trailers” there to stay overnight. That's great, you open the door in the morning and you're standing right by the lake. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the breakfast offer because I didn't take advantage of this offer. The staff there were very friendly. If I ever visit Amsterdam, I will probably stay there again. Really pleasant there. The sanitary facilities are probably a bit old, but they are clean and tidy. A great little destination with the motorcycle 🙂👍🏻

The only boat rental that had anything in the area. Prices okay, staff also very friendly. We received instructions and a map and were able to start straight away.

I strongly recommend this place. Firstly our cabin is just next to the lake. Every morning we had breakfast outside the cabin with a nice view of the lake and sunrise. Sometimes we had a few special guests(ducks). The room is cute and enough for four persons (two adults and two children). Our two daughters slept on the big bed. They loved it. They said it's there dream bed. I slept on top of the high bed. At the first night I was a little afraid that I may fall down. But towards the end I started to love it. I had two very good nights of sleep. There is a very popular restaurant called Boat House just next to the cabin. The food is very tasty but just be aware that some of them are only small portions. There are some lovely rabbits, chicken and giese near the cabins. Children will love them. There are also barbecue equipments with wood just next to the carbin. You can do barbecue easily. We didn't do it because our plan for the city was too full. Our vacation was during the week. There was only us one family so it was very quiet. Of course there are also some negative aspects such as weak wifi and the need to go outside around 50 meters away to the public washingroom to use the toilet and take shower. But these are nothing comparing to the nice view we can have and with the price it is fully acceptable. And the employees in the office are very very friendly and helpful. We had very good time here and on the day we checked out we felt like we are leaving our home.

We were there for a long weekend and it was just a dream! The accommodation is located right on the water and there are many opportunities to do water sports. It's also just a stone's throw from Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport or by car. The owners are very welcoming and always helped us when we had questions. We will be back! ☺️
