I appreciate the nice and polite service. However the coloring skill is not really up to a high standard as what japanese use to be. Hairdresser could have used smaller quantities of hair when apply the coloring blitch and for long hair it should have taken 2 people to color the hair to avoid un even color. They forgot to use another technique to take away the yellowish color after the bleach. Anyway hair cutting is good but coloring and bleach technique is not good.

Not recommended. The result is not as expected, the hairdresser has a bad skill of making color. What I want is the light grey purple which needs bleaching, she did the bleaching however cover with very dark grey purple makes my hair like black/brown. So I paid the money of bleaching but get a black hair.

I was served by hairdresser Aya, very sweet and experienced/high skilled. Quite happy with the results not so often experienced with Dutch hair salon 😃 highly recommended!

Ryusuke was so nice and I love my haircut! I had the intensive steam repair that left my hair still so soft and shiny - like i've never seen before. The salon is super clean and the aesthetic is very Japanese. If you want attention to details go here

My daughter wanted to change her hair color from bleached to her natural brown which is a challenging task and they did a very good job. Very professional salon and they know what they are doing!

Wanted to thank Sakae-san and Aya-san for the incredible grace and attention with which they handled a haircut and treatment that were not to my liking. I had gone on Saturday March 5 and got out of the salon feeling quite sad and disappointed with the results .. this all was turned around for the better thank you to both of them and their outstanding empathy and customer oriented salon. Thank you for making my day today ! I love my cut and styling, and my hair is super shiny !

Shoichi is my hairdresser, and I've never been disappointed. He always listens to exactly what I want and is great with colour (especially for someone like me with dark brown hair). Different to Dutch hair salons, the shampoo experience is like no other. It's a sort of combination of massage and shampoo, which is typical in Japan. I really recommend that you go here to get great service.

I enjoyed my time here. The environment was cozy, quiet and comfortable. Sakae was very professional, careful and friendly. I've been searching for a good hairsalon for a long time now, and i finally found one. It reminds me of when i cut my hair in Japan. Now i can get my haircuts here instead of going to Japan. I'm very happy how my hair looks now. I had some good salons before, but they are not used to cutting asain hair.

My hair is very straight and most salons never cut it the way I want. The layers are too simple and I end up always looking the same. That’s why I came to this salon, hoping that the Japanese stylists understand my hair type better. I was not disappointed, and walked out with a very well done haircut. Moyo took the time to cut much more complex layers than my previous hair dressers did, and thinned out my thick hair a bit. Now, it looks a lot more flowy and nice, and it’s easier to style at home. The salon is nice and peaceful, no loud music or loud talking. Overall a very relaxing and positive experience, I will return when I need my next haircut. Thank you Moyo!

Excellent experience. I have been trying a lot of hair salons in Amsterdam , but none gave me the cut I wanted until now. Aya put a lot of time and effort into the cut and it came out just as I wanted and looks great. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and the staff are polite and welcoming. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Got a straightening perm here recently from stylist Moyo. I used to go to Japan to get this service, and was so pleased to find out I could have the same treatment right near my home! The location and staff are lovely, and I am completely satisfied with how it turned out. Will definitely return for the touch-up!

It is so refreshing to come to a salon where they understand immediately my hair type. On my first visit, Hina gave me a lightly layered cut that perfectly framed my face. On my second visit, I enjoyed a fringe trim and hair spa. This is the best salon experience I’ve ever had in my 10+ years of living in Amsterdam. Can’t recommend this place enough! I had my hair straightened at Salon September. Hairstylist Aoi did an amazing job with my hair and I really liked the work she did. Everyone at the salon are very nice , caring and accommodating with really nice japanese ambience. Will definitely be back and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get their hair done.
