Wonderful. Easy to use. Way ahead of most softwares. it practically can run an entire gym. The team constantly updates the software and content. It's by far the best ive used and I have watched it get better by the year. I started using it back in 2018 and its like night and day and even then it was ahead of the others. Dont make a mistake and choose anyone else. this is the place to be. the costumer service is well above average. they will make appointments with you if you need 1 on 1 help.

I've been working with VirtuaGym for over 5 years and I've always been happy with their platform. Either for the food and/or training plans follow-up. Their customer service responsiveness and problem solving has always been very satisfying.

Customer service tried to help, but their process won’t allow to delete banking details from their website, after unhelpful gyms went silent. Very bad en user experience, probably borderline legal.

Met these guys at FIBO this year and what they were offering seemed good... so i left my contact details and they got in touch a few days later .. The sales guy Kylie PROMISED me that the platform could be fully up and running in 5 to 10 business day ( this was not the case ) 4 weeks minimum is needed... so i had to pay my current provider for a extra month .. Also with the set up they tried to start charging me for the first day which i disagreed and said i am not using the platform so why charge me when only setting it up ? ( they agreed to wait till its fully set up ) They promised a smooth transition and easy as possible ... it was far from it ... everyone seemed to not know what was going on within the company itself... the communication between themselfs is shocking ... one person will tell you one thing.... while the other person says thats not correct or true ? (1) workout videos are extra cost ... that wasnt told before sign up... AND THE WORK OUT VIDEOS THEY PROVIDE ARE VIRTUAL ( TERRIBLE LOOKING ) (2) cannot upload your own videos From your gym... i was told you could , Must download a second app to do so which isnt ideal for customers who struggle with phones or apps.. (3) they expect (YOU) to set up the app and put in all the work .. even though you are paying them for it ? they try and say oh its for your own benift so you know how it works ? (4) First online appointment witht the software developer she was 1 hour out with the time difference so i missed the meeting .... is it that hard to google the current time in the country your dealing with ? (5) No direct chat with them... all must be done via email .... i emailed juliana and got a reply 4 days later ... not the customer service you really want (6) The nutrition on the app is the same as my fitness pal ... so just a copied version of that .. Virtuagym Are The Most Un Organised Company i have dellt with in a long time ... got a phone call then from juliana to say we have to cancel your contract because we cannot give what your looking for .. workout videos direct chat all on the one app but this is the reason why i was changing in the first place .... So i will now stay with my current provider LEGIT FIT ... far better company to deal with .. i would advise people to stay away from this company ....

I’ve had 3 other apps and this one is so much better than other fitness apps. It’s got everything you’ll ever need for an online fitness business, corporate app and studio appointment service. Cheap for what it is (less than half the price of Mindbody and twice as good) and the onboarding specialists are so thorough and supportive. I’m so happy I joined.

Virtuagym has helped us simplify so many processes, that it is really hard to list all the benefits here. Some of the most important features for us, from the business side of things are: - our clients have flexibility to join/cancel sessions without having to communicate with our coaches directly (clients love flexibility) - invoicing is completely depersonalized (you want to be the nice guy, the coach, not the one taking money) - business analytics - helps us make decisions on a day to day basis, but also to make plans - extremely important - business analytics data made us more credible in our talks with the bank, when we were discussing a loan to purchase a facility - In our view, these few features only make it worth investing in the Virtuagym. Yet, there is so much more ... We love the system as it helped us grow from a rented 60m2 gym, into 1000m2 facility we now own. If you are a PT, have small studio, or a gym/center - do not think twice.

Great app and great team. We are a private personal training and group training gym and the white label app has been great for us. It allows us to take all the different parts of our gym, booking, Facebook group, nutrition, extra content, workout programs and put them in one place, in the hands of our members. The app is really easy to customise. I don't like cluttered apps with features that aren't used so what I like this is that I can turn those off and just stick to the stuff what adds the most value for our members. If you know what you're doing you can also use it to create custom tabs too so we've then been able to integrate Referals and local discounts into our app. That's the front end. On the back end the retention tracking software is great. Using it has allowed us to cut churn from 10% to 3% with just an hours work each week. Best of all is the price. I've used lots of apps before this: mind-body, glofox, clubright and this is by far the best and beside clubright actually the cheapest too. As you can tell, I can't recomend them enough.

The process was simple, easy to follow with one-on-one training, I enjoyed the support group, I didn't feel rush, every representative I spoke with took their time to teach me. I had a good experience with virtuagym, I would recommend.

Reason for 2 stars is the system wasn’t for me unfortunately, Luke and Savannah were very helpful and supported me where needed but upon using the platform I found it wasn’t suited to me and my personal training business. Overall would be great for someone with a gym facility that runs classes, has lots of members and has multiple personal trainers working for them etc. As a stand alone PT working from home, it didn’t suit me. If you speak to anyone, Luke and Savannah will give you a great customer service and help you where needed.

Love this system! I looked and tried out well over 5 systems. This one is hands down the best one I’ve used with the best options and so much help from my onboard specialist.

Virtuagym is a amazing software program for personal trainer up to the big fitness studio . Lots of on line help and zoom meeting to get you up and running.
