My partner and I chose this park for a few different reasons. It's very close to Amsterdam central, and there's a train station close by. It advertises quite a few amenities, such as a gas range, air conditioning, laundry on site. We were quite excited to be able to make meals in the evenings to avoid eating out for every meal. Upon arrival, the reception staff was very friendly. They have a small selection of last-minute groceries in the lobby area. There is also an Italian restaurant and fry shop on site. The laundry service worked well and was reasonably priced (I believe €4,5 to wash and €2,5 to dry) and the park was clean and quite nice.... HOWEVER: Our unit had quite a few issues. The main door wouldn't unlock with the key. A maintenance person was sent out, they removed the entire lock and told us they'd be back the next day. This left the door UNABLE to be locked. We were scheduled to make a detour to another town next day and unfortunately were not there to make sure it was done. Upon our return 3 days later, the door was still broken and completely unlocked, which left our possessions left behind at risk of theft. (Luckily the park has a barrier and seems quite calm, so nothing was disturbed.) Someone else came out and put a new lock in, however the door couldn't be unlocked at that point. The AC didn't work, and seemed very outdated. There was a fan provided which leads me to believe this was a known issue gone unresolved as well. A small petit four in a bakery box, closed, was left on the table overnight accidentally. The next morning, hundreds of ants had made their way in through the broken door and were all over the table. The gas range did not work, we had to give groceries we purchased to a sweet couple 2 doors down to avoid wasting our money. There was a festival on nearby for 2 days, which was quite noisy. I personally did not mind this, however if you decide to stay make sure there isn't a festival scheduled if you mind noise. (Otherwise it was nice and quiet.) Overall, the cons outweigh the pros and I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. A small inconvenience or two is fine, it's expected when traveling, however when every amenity is unavailable or broken it isn't worth the money. Only stay here as a last-minute option or if budget is a major concern, as it was reasonably priced (if everything as advertised were to hypothetically be working).

We spent 3nights there. Cosy apartments, well equipped. The place fortunately wasn’t crowded due to off season (november). The pool is nicely heated and the kids loved it. Our main problem was the constant noise by the planes even in the evening after midnight.

This place advertised on VrBO and did not mention it is a large corporate property with over 300 units and that they do not provide basic things like toilet paper, a hair dryer, towels for your hands or the kitchen, hand soap etc. When I asked for a roll of toilet paper the front desk person said "this is not a hotel", she was very rude.I have stayed in cheap hostels and they provided toilet paper! They also do not let previous tenants to leave anything so there is not even salt and pepper to use. You have to go buy EVERYTHING! They call the unit we rented a 2 bedroom but it is 1 bedroom and a converted closet with very uncomfortable things they call mattresses. There is no air vents in the "closet" so had to leave the door to the "room" open. The pillows are lumpt broken down old things and the body towels are thin and horrible quality. It is not easily accessible unless you have a car. The walk to the train is not horrible but it's through a dark forest and parks with no lights so as a woman i had to get back before dark as its hard to get an Uber to pick you up feom the Europarc location. A car is the only way this place is maybe worth it. Positives: it's a beautiful area, living room was big.

Nobody at the reception during the evening or at night. They didn't give us towels along with the bedding. Bedding and towels are to be payed separately, and you have to buy your own soap and toilet paper and bring your hair dryer. You have to buy basic cooking supplies. My mattress had hairs and insects inside. We payed a 2200 deposit and only 2000 were returned to us, after more than one month, even though we did not break anything.

It was a nice vacation and the best place I loved : was the proximity of the resort to all the cities. It took us 30 minutes🚘 to go to Rotterdam . One of the things that I did not like was the presence of the airport near to it🛬, as there was constant noise🛫. the ground was so dirty 🌚that our socks were white and became brown🐾 . The door of the living room was not closed by the key from the outside🔑. We used to take our private items with us.🤷‍♀️ Thanks for your kind reception🌺

This was a rough 5 nights, mostly because of the misguiding information we received while booking this location. On VRBO, it wasn't mentioned that this was a 300 bungalow enterprise that you have to bring everything to. They don't even provide toilet paper or hand soap. We had to pay for towels. And even though they have kitchen supplies they don't have anything for the bathroom (hairdryer, bath mat). We didn't even get a proper address once we booked, only a postcode that stopped us from figuring out that this was an enterprise until too late (from a signature at the end of an email). Because of their misleading listing on VRBO we weren't prepared for this type of accommodation. It says it is a 25 min walk away from the nearest train station, not mentioning its through an unlit wooden path. We had to return back every night before dark. If you have a car and are prepared for the amount of things you need to bring; you might enjoy it. But FYI one of the 2 bedrooms is basically a storage room with no ventilation. The mattresses are glorified sponges.

Great place for relaxing and chilling. A bit far from Amsterdam centraal but reachable via train, which is about 12 minutes away by walking. Towels were not provided and one of the showers was clogged. Sonos system was not working but the TV was a smart TV which was okay. The villa we stayed in had a spacious outdoors place and the view was magnificent.

First glance all looks good. Accommodation spacious and lovely site. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues addressed with site team as well as misunderstanding around bedding and towel hire. Real kicker is being woken up at 6.30am by aeroplanes landing at nearby Schipol, feels like they're skimming the roof of our accommodation. Not all day, just certain flight patterns.. Great for travel to Amsterdam, Haarlem and beyond.

Very overpriced for what you get. The charge of these glamping chalets are more that 5* hotels in central Amsterdam I was forced to take after my flight got cancelled after checkout. You don't get towels nor bedding included in rental price. It is fairly far from the nearest train station. The nature around this place is stunning though. Otherwise avoid, especially in the summer when chalets get hot and very humid.

The most HORRIBLE place. It looks good in the pictures but it’s made of paper. Heater didn’t work and it s was freezing and they did not sort it out. We left the place spotless with pictures and they refused to give back deposit. By the way they asked for a crazy deposit amount ON THE DAY. It took 4 MONTHS. And they said they will get manager to call me back to send deposit but no one sent anything. I called almost every day for 4 months. Unbelievable robbery. I don’t even want my money back. Please don’t go here. It looks nice and I don’t know where good reviews are from. But the place is awful. Awful service.

The cabin was very dirty. Spiderwebs from more then several weeks ago, waste from former guests in the Wägebühnen in bath, hairs from former guests in shower and toilet. Air Condition not usable. Buying a snack in the Imbiss was „special“. Hygienic seems to be new. The „cook“ was not very amused to sell something and the fries that fallen down, he took up and served… For me first and last stay here! Even getting an invoice which is essential to a business traveler was not possible. The officials were not even interested and willing to help! Never ever again!

The place is nice and the room are pretty good but not very spoil. You put the sheets your self and there are no changing sheets or towels. The lobby is close at night and there arn't alot to do in the park itself. It very good for youngs who don't need to much services

Travelled with 2 friends to this place and honestly the worst experience I have had in an accomodation. Upon arrival we were asked to pay 300€ deposit for only a 3 night stay. The place has a restaurant which was terrible service and not even edible food. The house itself came with no cleaning equipment, no dishwashing liquid, no cloth, no tea towel, no hand soap for the bathroom which was quite disgusting. Would not recommend, highly disturbing experience.

Service is terrible! There is no accessibility, dirty towels, torn bedsheet .... Not a place for those who don't have a car. You need to take everything, from bath towels to food and toilet paper. If you don't like being cold, don't stay here. The heater turns off every 4 hours and you wake up to reconnect.😭

The room was the most dirty I have ever been. It’s looks like it never been cleaned , you can see other peoples food inside the sofa , disappointing and disgusting. Also the radiator was leaking I kindly asked them 3 times to fix it and they just tighten it. 6 nights with no heat in one bedroom !

We booked one of the smaller, two-bedroom "L'Avenir 4" apartments for a few nights in October, which was perfect for my best friend and me, as it gave us each our own room. We were lucky that it was tucked away near a river and was very secluded and private, including the garden seating area. The only downside was the loud airplane noise early in the morning, so I strongly suggest bringing earplugs and/or a white noise machine with you if you want to sleep in and not be woken up by the airplane noise overhead. The apartment was very clean and everything worked very well, including the heating, which warmed the apartment up very quickly. However, the heating does turn off automatically after four hours or so, so we would wake up to a cold apartment. For that reason, I do not suggest staying here during very cold weather. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the apartment itself is a nice size for 2 adults plus two kids or 2 couples or 2 friends who each want their own room. The kitchen had all the basics, including a microwave, and the reception has a little store that sells the capsules for the coffee machine as well as other basics like milk and juice, snacks, etc. We weren't able to call a cab from there, for some reason, from our cell phones, but the girls at the reception area were always very friendly and willing to call a cab for us, which arrived within 10 minutes. It was a 15 minute cab ride into central Amsterdam, which cost us about 50 or 60 euros each way. There is a train, but it's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again if it meant that our next experience was as good as our first. :) The area is lovely and is much nicer than staying in a regular hotel, in my opinion, and is nice to be away from all the noise and chaos of central Amsterdam. Bring your own towels, though, for the bath and also for the kitchen. Also, maybe bring some extra toilet paper with you if you can. They did provide a tiny sample size thing of dish soap and a little sponge, though. All in all, we were very happy with our stay here. :)

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS!!!! Pictures look good but IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE They will ask you for €100 deposit PER PERSON which they did not even say before hand when booking!!! WHOLE HOUSE WAS FREEZING COLD - asked to be fixed but after 2 days someone came to try and fix the boiler and still wasn’t fix - WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH JACKETS ON for all 3 nights - no regard for customer service - the most basic thing that should be offered in all accommodations, heating… BEDS AND PILLOWS were DIRTY!!! It has taken 4 months for the deposit to return, absolutely shambolic customer service - please do not stay with these guys Overall a terrible experience, would not recommend at all - withheld information about deposits, rooms were disgusting, and heating was not fixed at ALL

Our stay at Europarcs was AWFUL. For three consecutive nights, there was no heating, leading to extreme cold conditions that left us unwell. Despite calling the repairman and front desk multiple times, there was no resolution, showcasing a blatant disregard for basic amenities. The customer service was shockingly rude, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. There was unexpected charges that they pulled out of thin air, and not to mention a large security deposit that was not mentioned ANYWHERE else when we booked. The beds were unclean and dirty, there was dirt and mud on the sheets, reflecting a lack of attention to cleanliness standards and compromising our comfort. To top it off, a ridiculous security deposit refund took an absurd four months to be returned, this is a concerning level of inefficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied, and we strongly advise against choosing this place. It’s better to sleep on the street

I recently stayed at Europarcs and had a disappointing experience. The house was consistently freezing cold, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill as a result of the chilly conditions, which significantly impacted my overall enjoyment. I expected a more comfortable and welcoming environment, and this experience fell short of those expectations. To add to my disappointment, the cleanliness of the beds was also subpar during my stay at Europarcs. The lack of hygiene in the sleeping arrangements further detracted from the overall quality of my experience. Absolutely horrible experience

A great holiday park to stay in. The location is fantastic and is very handy, it is very close to the bustling city centre of Amsterdam and the village of Zwanenburg, which is a close drive away, has everything you would need. The staff at the reception are friendly and the atmosphere of the park itself is great. There are numerous activities to do in the park and there is wildlife (like ducks) which make the ambience even more better! The cottages available are superb. They are modern, clean and tidy. There were no issues with the housing at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay with their family within a close proximity to the Amsterdam city centre.

Great spot in the middle of the countryside. At just a 10 minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal, you'll find yourself in a peaceful and naturalistic area, where you can go for walks in the parks near you and relax away from the city

Nice looking place with cozy little houses. The houses had issues with lighting and heating. Service also was lacking at cleaning and changing sheets and towels.

We are home owners that rent 11 months of the year. For one month we come and inspect our home. Renters do damage and EuroParcs worked with us to fix everything.

Despite the fact that the lobby staff is very polite and willing to assist, the reservation handling through the site is really poor and unflexible. The cleaning service quality is not matching the amounts charged and most of the houses have serious issues with the heating.

Overall we had a good experience here. The accommodations were spacious and well stocked. The premises were quiet and the views serene. The breakfast was nice and we especially enjoyed the coffee. We found this place to be very family friendly. Our only negative aspect was that we ran into issues with the laundry machines breaking with no one available to address the problem until the following day.

It was great to live there. It felt like at home. The place around is super cute too! There were wild animals, really cool! The service is pretty good as well. Price, amazing for such great stay. If you have no car, there's train station nearby. ;) Recommended

we rented a 3 bedroom house with 2 extremely small bathrooms which were advertised as spaceous. Bathrooms were not clean, micro wave door broken and shelves in the fridge as well. Allthough the location was great, the house was heavily overpriced !
