Now that the Corona measures are in place, it's a lot more tamed. The parking garage is high-end. Bathrooms are attended and it has the largest bicycle parking facility in The Netherlands. It's more than a "mall" but a destination. Still generally the same stores you find in center cities all over Holland, but more of a selection. Everything you need and very few closed locations. Worth a visit. I go here when the weather is terrible outside to get some steps too!

They have a restroom, information helpdesk, elevators, staircases, escalators, several benches (honestly they need to add more since they are usually occupied), multiple entryways, decorations at the big main halls down below. There is a mall map. You are walking around in a big square no matter if you are on the bottom or upper floor. The place is usually crowded but especially crowded during seasonal times (like on these pictures as they are made before christmas time). The temperature inside is on a normal level and is neither too warm or cold. This mall may not be the best for bad walkers or people that needs to sit down often since you may not be able to find a suitable sitting place(lack of benches due the x amount of visitors). The mall is easy to be found and it is planted right next to the Utrecht train station. I haven't seen much or many security guards walking around but nonetheless i felt safe enough. There is a notification board outside the main entrance saying "beware for pickpockets". This should not scare you away though. There are security camera's inside of the mall and some of them could be seen on my pictures.

Love this space, but be carefully preferably go in the morning hours at around 11 am to avoid the crowds but if you don't mind the crowd then it's a great place to shop, eat and it's close to the Utrecht Central train station.

Leider kostet 1 toilettengang 1,00 € , das finde ich etwas übertrieben, wenn man zu 5 jeder 2 mal auf Toilette muss sind halt 10,00 € weg . Altstadt ist aber sehr sehenswert!
