Typical salty dealers. Honestly if you hate people then don't get a job working with people. To the owner please hire nicer staff. They cost you thousands of euros in business. Really I will never go back here and I will stop recommending this salty place.

I used to like this place and visited here a lot, but today it was windy and I asked if I could just grind the weed with my own grinder before I went and it was not allowed. The place was completely empty and there was enough space for something that would take just 20 seconds (I had a vaporizer and didn't have to roll). They understood that would ruin my day and plans, but it was still a "no". This unfortunately shows that the staff is unable to make exceptions and cares more just for profit, not people. Will definitely avoid this place for a while.

I’ve visited several times recently. Selection of strains is very nice, quality decent and prices fair. Staff was friendly and helpful. It only feels a bit dead inside :)

The Relax strain will definitely be one of my favourites I’ve ever had. Friendly staff and great edibles too. Would definitely visit next time I’m back in Amsterdam.

A after I smoked 350 Polm Joints, from Relax coffeeshop, It's impossible for me buy good joint there. I bought 3 Polm Joints I got some bad quality. I bought one Polm in the morning: again. After I complained about quality, he lied to me and I got free joint. Ok. Last chance. I bought Honey hash for 5€ and I got zero zero. They don't know which is , which. Oar just do not respect me. I will never come back.

Top coffeeshop. Super high value on the classic strains. Award winning bio haze is a must. Definitely a contender for best shop, they would rival coffeeshop DNA for best in Adam if they would often have available rare strains at decent prices. The staff is always cool and friendly! highly recommend.

It was the first coffeeshop we visited arriving from New Zealand, the guys were straight away "Welcome to Amsterdam!". They accepted either cash or card, gave me some free stickers and after asking if they sold lighters, gave me a free one. It was just unfortunate I had to throw the lighter away at airport security

This is a cool place nice menu and cool staff a little out the way so not a trap. It’s small inside so more like a roll and go place.

Was the first shop visited in Amsterdam and the guys were super chill, and happy to explain everything. Brownies were super tasty and pre rolled was top tier.

Great service. Good flower, good hash joints. I wish they didn't put tobacco (herbal mix or pure weed with hash) in them, but everyone does it. One of the best coffeshops for just purchasing in Amsterdam. And that comes from someone who lives in Colorado.

Beautiful website, full of informations about the different strains. Unfortunately the shop doesn't match. Strains choice is limited and in the in-shop menù is shallow. Not many informations about type of high, terpene profile and other differences. I bought a prerolled joind of some type of "Amnesia". The weed was too dried, too strong on thc, heavi smoke, poor terpenes profile. Very far from being good weed. Very cute the paper container for the prerolled joint. Very accessible price but slightly too high for the product. Although the weed does its job. If you have no particular pretences, it's a cute place to buy weed just to try. Definitely Better than a lot of other coffeeshops

However, DANNY and JILL both particularly stand out to me, offering incredible customer service and patience to all of their customers. Danny and Jill helped me read through their menu while also providing me with tailor made solutions based upon their outstanding product knowledge. This allowed me to find/select the menu items I came looking for. They helpful, kind, and welcoming to me (I’m an American, visiting Amsterdam for the first time in my life - and I needed that guidance)!! Will definitely come back. First time coming to Amsterdam and I had to try one of the cannabis coffee shops. Came to Relax because it relatively was close to my hotel and a spot I wanted to go to breakfast. Service was super friendly immediately upon arrival and to my liking they don’t tax you like they do in the states. HIGH tier quality for such prices and recommended for any cannabis users coming to Europe. Make sure this experience is on your list. P.S Leave a nice tip for the wonderful people!
