The kids have fun in a variety of play areas. There is food and drink in case you get thirsty or hungry. Just a few negatives, there is no hand sanitizer and in summer it is really hot inside. This is made worse by chasing your toddler about.

Fun indoor playground for kids from 6 months to 12 years old. Especially on a rainy day:-) The little ones can play downstairs while the older kids can have fun on the first floor. The staff are friendly & helpful. Also great for kids parties.

They have a very nice indoor playground, my son enjoys each time we go. In summer time it's too hot, no air conditioning. Toilets are awful. They have a kids box for 6.50 euros with frites, nuggets, a juice and a small surprise (toy ) for the children but it's totally disappointing to them, better not to offer any toy.

The staff is extremely rude. We were a family and went inside as no one was in the entrance and 7 more people went inside. And there was a woman starting screaming and shouting to us and in front of the 1 year old baby, implying that we wanted to rob the place. It was unbelievable the way they treated us while we just wanted the baby to have fun at that place. I do not recommend it at all. Unfortunately, it was an awful experience. Such a shame.

Today I visited this place with my kids ! I was witness of a really bad scene ! The staff , was so rude to a family ! No one was at reception , they had left the door open and people were coming in , suddenly the saw a woman and the lady at reception started to scream at her and shouting and she called then another guy from your stuff , the guy were also talking really rude to the lady in front of her baby , they called her thief and a liar ! I felt so bad for that family , they didn’t even respect their baby !! Because of their fault , they treated to this poor family so bad ! Such a shame , during these difficult times, we are going out to have fun with our kids and not to be treated like this !! I don’t know if I’ll visit this place again ! You have to teach your staff , about respect

Located in the bottom of the Woonarena. Playground is nice and recently renovated. However if you come by car, there are no instructions on where to park, especially morning when the woonmall is closed. You need to park in p5 (arena parking) and go via the boulevard exit. This will take you right to the entry, but took trial and error to find.

Very dirty place, got glasses for coffee with some insects inside, so discussting!!!! Employee didn’t events say sorry, was angry when I asked for money back. Not everthing is working.

Amusement parks for young children 👌 It's okay, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms is very important and unfortunately they do not have a hygiene system in the toilets that need to be cleaned! There is a bad smell coming out of the bathrooms

It's so disgusting there, I can't believe it. The high prices make no sense and the staff is really hopeless. I can advise everyone to stay far away from here.

Very dirty place. Parents are always wearing shoes in the areas were kids are not. No supervision on the second floor. Awful experience. The staff is eating and puting food for guests simultaneously. without wearing gloves or washing their hands.

Expensive and dirty! Kids older than 4 playing in the up to 4 years old Area running around like they own the place. No supervision from the staff about it making it dangerous for my 1.5 year old to play there. It’s not even worth the 1 star, I’ll be going somewhere else!

Nice renovation but wasn’t that clean.Food is pricey! Ordered friets and charged me a normaal size( 2 sizes which is Klein/normaal) when they arrived I realized that they were pretty small size(small portion)and were cold. Spent 34 euros worth of food +drinks for 3 kids. Didn’t even buy food for myself. Probably the best way for you to do next time is bring your own food or play there and eat somewhere else.

Ballorig has various activities inside for age groups 0-4 years and 4 years above. Activities include cart, slide, trampoline to name a few. Also it comes with cafeteria where you can order snacks, drinks etc.

Decent enough but quite small and could do with a tidy up. Kids had fun and that's what counts.

It has two floors, ground floor is for kids up to 4 years of age and first floor is for older kids. Kids can have fun here and parents can relax. They could however, work a little on tideness, refreshments menu and fast customer service at entrance.

I came on a quiet day, too quiet I would say. My daughter was a bit scared at some places, because there should have been more lights at some climbing areas. It was basically too dark. Also the customer service wasn't great. But the price is good, and adults are free, and lots of activities.

Very good place for kids activities with reasonable prices. A suggestion to management to be cautious on the age group playing on the same area . Have noticed 6-8+ years kids sliding and jumping near toddler (upto 4 years ) zone which makes us feel scary at times. Otherwise a great spot

Nice place to go with kids! Workers are the best, really friendly and polite, also was clean and organized.

Half a star would be more appropriate. This place is always dirty and the toilets always smell. I pointed this out to the staff after finding a broken glass on the floor. The staff are always busy sitting around and the response I get is they are too busy. Not one once of care was shown. This is at 13:00 when most children are at school and only 2 other children. This could not have made the level of mess and smelling toilet I have seen. I have attended this place on several occasions throughout a period of a week and it is the same. It is very hard to believe any form of cleaning occurs. I would not advise anyone to take their children here and especially eat there. It is a Very dangerous and unclean environment for your children to be in. Not worth 8 Euro. If not for that it could have been an amazing attraction for little ones. Very unfortunate

For the kids it is ok, rather old and small though. Also quite dirty. The staff is slow. The ones cooking sandwiches are also cleaning up the place, which is against all norms of hygiene. I ordered a chicken burger and it was so spicy that I could barely eat it. Imagine if you order it for a kid?!? Barely any healthy food options. Will never come back here again.

So we went there expecting it to be quite big, but anything but big. The stairs were not child-friendly because there were no fences, the children could easily fall down. Next time to another me you won't see me here again.

Very dirty, we were the first ones to arrive in the morning and the floor was still dirty from the day before. Left over candy all over the floor for my 1,5 year old to pick up and put in his mouth. This is a kids playground and should be kept a lot cleaner. So 1 star from me

The toilet is very dirty and the toilet doors are broken. And everything is dirty, but disgustingly dirty in every corner.

The kids can play well, but the toilets are really too dirty, the checklist is checked off but they are never cleaned
