This campsite is truly amazing. Set in the most beautiful location. Facilities are more than adequate, always hot water for showers. The village very picturesque. supermarkets are only a 10 min walk away, stocked with everything you would need.15/20 mins by bus and tube to centre €10 for all day ticket. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place. So close to Amsterdam but immerse in nature. Small and cosy, you can place your camper/caravan/tent just in front of the lake of Twiske natural park. It offers all fundamental services at a reasonable price. Highly recommended to who wants to reconnect with nature.

peace and safe place

We booked this site over the Easter weekend and received a booking confirmation from the site. Arrived late afternoon to be met by an extremely unpleasant lady (owner) who told us in no uncertain terms that they were closed. She had no interest in the fact we had booked with them and received confirmation. We were travelling with 2 young kids and every site within 100 miles was totally booked due to Easter and not letting us stay (even without access to showers and toilets) would leave us totally screwed. I explained this and the owner could not have cared less. Looked nice though - shoot the owner and you would have a nice site.

Lovely campsite, clean facilities, electricity, good location for Amsterdam centre, short bus and metro ride, shops and bars close to site, would recommend 😎⛺ xx

No heated bathrooms, no soap, no toilet paper. Everything outside. So it is a perfect place only for summer. The personel is very nice and the camping is beautiful.

Lovely little peaceful site we enjoyed our stay .

Let's start with the negative side. Facilities are limited at the camp site. No market, no space for social activities, no WiFi. No container for recycle. There's almost nothing but toilet and showers. Positive side. Showers and toilets are clean. Especially, toilets are very clean this year. It is very calm and relaxing. The town center is not far away. You can reach there in 5 mins by bike. Amsterdam is not far away. So you can also bike to there. In conclusion, it is a very relaxing place for adults, but it can be very boring for children.

Woman was rude. I had stayed there before without incident. This time she adimately refused us without justifiable reason. No discussion just marched us off the property. The facilities are adequate, though could be better cared for. Dogs no longer allowed.

Two stars for a nice place and cute town, but missing basic accessories such as toilet paper, soap on toilets, hand dryer. Old and sometimes not working restrooms and showers. Missing washer machine. A little bit pricey for such a service.

Good location for exploring Amsterdam; bus and metro into centre. Landsmeer is nice with small centre surrounded by canals. Expensive site
