Plenty of parking (also covered), costs only 2 euros for a whole day!! Wide range of shops with very little vacancy but not many top brands available. Cozy and easy to view everything twice in one day if desired. Catering available. It has now improved and more and more brands are available. Went again today 29.05.21. Not much has changed except that everyone is required to wear face masks, even outside the shops, and you cannot eat indoors anywhere. There are new shops including Nikki and Karel Lagerfeld, Kelwin Klein and many more. Changed quite quickly. September 2023!.... everything is back to normal fortunately. No more hassle with Corona. A cozy Outlet as always with various brands and good offers. Parking is now... €4. A doubling.

One of the best. A visit during the week guarantees peace of mind in shopping. I was here Monday afternoon. The prices are reduced by about 30% from the standard, but there are also quite a few good offers. It depends on when and what you're looking for.

It’s almost in the outskirt of the Netherlands and wherever you live, it’s probably far from you 😅, highly recommended to get there by car, there are lots of parking lot which you should pay for it but it’s cheap. There are lots of shops with stunning promotion, it’s better to call at there when they have special offers. You can register at their website, so for any purchase over 100€, you get extra 15% off. The variety of options for dining there is quiet low, but I think it’s worth it to visit there 2 times a year to buy from famous brands at a reasonable price.

There are lots of known brands that have seasonal discounts. Finding the products there cheaper is really based on the discount periods. You need to follow. Also the place is cozy.

Sehr gut zu erreichendes Outlet-Center in pittoresker Bauweise. An einem Freitag war es überhaupt nicht überlaufen. In allen Läden waren die VerkäuferInnen sehr freundlich. Ich kann nur nicht verstehen, warum man für die Parkplätze noch bezahlen muss, da man ja hier ausschließlich parkt, um im Outlet einzukaufen. Auch waren alle Ladesäulen für Elektroautos defekt/gesperrt.

At beginning, I don’t like this outlet. But now its atmosphere is better and its decorated more beautiful. The Shops are well arranged and the prices are reasonable! Also love the special water facilities for doggies. There are enough free parking place nearby the outlet.

Absolute paradise for shopaholics! There are 100+ brands to pick from, at unbelievably reasonable prices. The whole place is like a one storey mall, where each store is designed into colorful dutch mini houses. If you can still resist the urge to go immerse in hopping, you sure can't escape the eateries around the place, fun hangout corners and on a good sunny day, treat yourself to postcard perfect pictures against the aesthetic backgrounds and props!

I love the design and layout for this designer outlet. Spacious, clean and comfortable for all patrons, and is family friendly with its playground near the entrance. Would be great if they had a better selection of shops, and Roermond would still be a better option. But if they carry the brands that you are looking for, this place is fairly accessible even via public transport from Rotterdam.

From the positive side: lots of different shops / brands, very close to each other, but during the rebates season, the extra promotions were rather disappointing to what you find in f.e. Maasmechelen village

This is an okay outlet mall. Nothing special. I would go there more often if I lived in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Parking is good, but there aren't a lot of options for a meal.

I always visit a lot of locations. My first impression about Designer Outlet Rosada it's a beautiful place where you find everything you need. Famous brands what it's not far away from each other so you can find it easy. They also have places where you can drink a coffee or eat and take your breath in peace. Nice and quiet place where people are with respect and common sense. Last time I was searching after clothes and safety shoes for work but I didn't find nothing going circle. Congratulations for opening shops in helping way for people.

Basicly a smaller roermond designer outlet, but it still has enough stores for all your shopping. I personally prefer this as its less busier. There is more than enough parking. If you like shopping I definitely recommend.

An amazing location with loads of shops, good prices and good food. Tip: get the strawberries(if on location), they are really delicious. Parking is 4€ and you can spend half of day there, buying clothes from good brands.

A lot of stores with clothes, you can find food and snacks, fresh strawberries and churros on the way, nice traditional village with beautiful small houses, you have attractive spots, place for children to play and for parents to drink a coffee.

The outlet is relatively small and includes mid fashion brands that are affordable to everyone. However, If you’re looking for high end luxurious brands then you should visit Roermond branch.

Schönes Outlet, wer das in Ochtrup kennt, weiß womit er zu rechnen hat. Mitunter noch kleine neue Läden die es bei uns nicht gibt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Preise sollte man kennen, nicht überall ein Schnäppchen, aber die meisten Läden verlässt man bepackt wie ein Esel.

A nice place. Mobrano many brands in one place. There is an opportunity to take a walk (there is a cafe) and do some shopping. Prices today in some stores are with good discounts, in others they are almost half the price. Everyone started shopping, pleased themselves

Great location, not too far from Rotterdam. It is possible to checkout all the stores in a day's time. Finding thr right size is quite a challenge. But there is something for everyone. Spacious and well maintained car parking, first 30 mins of parking in free and for the rest of the day is 3 euros whether you park 1 hour or whole day.

Typical Mall with a good assortment of stores with good discounts. Friendly staff and some nice places to recover from shopping. Unfortunately, the Nike store was closed when we were there, the signs said it would open in May. The Adidas store seemed a bit sold out, probably due to the global shortage of goods from Asia… My favorite was the Petrol store, made some great bargains there 😊

The fee for parking (4 euros) is excessive for the location. The mall is outdoors. There is a good selection of shops, though and the information signs are adequate. There are sufficient restrooms as well.

Nice place in this time of year .. many brands can be found with sale prices and trendy design .. i like the place and i bought many shirts and stuff .. parking is available and it's in the middle of Netherlands .. there are many cafe's and Snack places where you can enjoy time while shopping ..

Excellent shopping good customer facilities (toilets, restaurants etc). Parking easily and not to expensive. Well worth a visit.

Always give me a good experience for my me time aka Shopping. I prefer come during the week to avoid crowded. Overall i would like to recommend 😉😉 Btw, the have best churros as well 😍

Pretty nice and clean outlet with every brand needed, good parking spots but a bad choice on unattractive food or restaurants.

Nice place for shopping, not all products are in the outlet prices some type of "cheating" marketing under outlet name but this is a common practice in this type of places. Overall you can buy here sot stuff and dress yourself from top to bottom.

Nice innovative designed gallery with lots of clothes stores

Shops are quite small so the selection is limited. Roosendaal shows its age and compared to other outlets in the McArthurGlen range, the facility and shops are less exclusive. However, OK if you live in the vicinity but not worth a special trip (rival outlet Maasmechelen might be better for you). Ask for free parking before you go. It seems a outrageous for them to charge €3 parking fees when you are there to spend tons of $$$$ in their shops. You might find the food options limited / poor quality so go to Breda for better choice!±

A small outlet with not many shops, but nice. There are plenty of parking spaces. It's a pity that the electric carousel toy is broken; it stops spinning after coins are inserted. Moreover, you will not get your coin back.
