Being to used to the great service Pandora provides in my country of residence, it was such a huge disappointment to come across 2 very rude and unfriendly sales ladies today. They did not provide me with any further details related to my inquiry and kept trying to avoid continuing the conversation with me.

Got a great new limited edition Amsterdam charm from here. Staff were very friendly. Quite a small store, visited mid week so not busy. DEC 22 I took this charms back today as it must have had a surface fault on it. It was so badly worn. The managers were very helpful in changing it for me. I had a credit card receipt rather than the original shop receipt, but they were courteous and listened to me as a customer. I'm very grateful for their help. Oct 23

My girlfriend received for her birthday a Pandora ring, which lost one of its crystal. She cames to the shop a week after, on Saturday November, 12th, and was pretty badly received by the sales team (who can’t be called sales person cause that’s definitely not the job for what they are good at… if they are good for something…). No customer service, rude people who are unable to provide a solution, who moreover accused the customer to be a liar… That is UNACCEPTABLE. As a shop owner, you should know that your employees make your reputation, and in that case there are some people who should find another job than sales…

For one of those special memories when you're purchasing an engagement ring, I was left with such an awful memory of the worst customer service ever. I literally got asked to leave the shop after trying a few rings as the owner was busy with other things. Busy or not, there should be no limit to how long or how many times you visit a shop, especially in the case of such an important buy. It was the most awkward situation I've ever been in. I'd visited previously and also wasn't made to feel very welcome, almost like I was a nuisance. Very rude and insensitive! Such a shame as his wife was very friendly and helpful. I definitely won't be visiting this shop again or recommending it to anyone!!

Horrible experience. Went in to look for a souvenir charm, and even though there were 3 sales associates there, and just 1 other customer, the employees did not even bother to look at us or say hello. After having a look around I asked one of the employees for help, he showed me the souvenir charms and then quickly ran away to chat with some of the other employees. He never came back (I’m pretty sure I could’ve put the charms he showed me in my bag and left and he wouldn’t even have noticed), so I asked another employee for help. I asked her for the charm I wanted, she found it and I went over to pay. I then remembered to ask her to see the security chains, she showed me the available ones, but they didn’t have the one I wanted so I said I’d just go with the charm. The second I said it she went from smiling to having the most annoyed face ever, as if I was just wasting her time (mind you I was the only client there at the moment) and it wasn’t good enough that I didn’t want one of the three ones they had and just bought one single charm. Zero sense of customer service and doesn’t exactly encourage sales…

They closed much earlier, than 19:00. I had to explain to my little sister, why they closed the door in front of her crying face though we came on time and begged to let us in for just several minutes.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I went to the shop to purchase some rings and I wasn’t sure which size I wear. I was first ignored by all 3 shopping assistants. When I told one woman what I would like to try she rolled her eyes and told me that I can purchase those items online only, which was a lie as I have already seen the item that I wanted there. I make it a point to visit a Pandora in every country I visit, and believe me when I say, this is the worst location. Putting aside the store size and lack of staff, the real issue here is the customer service…or should I say the lack of it. I was there right after Christmas, so ofc it was very busy. However, when I saw the associate Sylvia was available…she kept walking right past me to help other people. I guess she assumed I didn’t have money? I asked her for help and she shouted PLEASE WAIT. Then while I was waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence, the male sales associate ZAKIR opened a drawer that hit me…right in front of me. He didn’t apologize or even say excuse me. It was very dehumanizing. I voiced my concerned my concerns to my friends, and only then did Zakir start greeting me in a sarcastic and loud way. Needless to say, I did spend a dime at this rundown location. I will make sure that I leave a review on the website and get those 2 associates disciplined. No one should have to deal with such rudeness!

Got the WORST experience ever and I wish there is a LOWER score than I can give. I brought an item bought online and according to the website I can return it to the store. However, the female staff(I think her name is Nadeen) treated me with a terrible attitude. First, she deliberately speak English loud and slow for me with a mocking tone. Then, when I ask what I should do about the situation, she told me “I don’t know, maybe go tell them the website is wrong because we would never take the item here”. She is terribly rude and ruined the Christmas mood for us.

Received excellent service in the store - I was served quickly and was shown exactly what I was looking for. I bought a windmill charm, and a heart charm with a picture of tulips on one side and Netherlands written on the other. One of the best experiences I've had in any Pandora store in Europe.

The many pieces are absolutely gorgeous, I bet you'll always find something you love. But most of all Joe and Maaike are very kind and welcoming. I've had the best experience and left not only with the biggest smile on my face but also with amazing earrings for a special occasion. The shop might be a 3 hour drive (one way) for me but I'm sure I'll be visiting for more special occasions in the future. Thank you!

Sandra was lovely since the very moment we entered the shop. We spent a long time trying different rings and deciding which one to keep. At the end she gave us a great price, but even so we couldn't afford the whole amount,so she gave us the option to reserve it with a small amount and keep paying monthly. 2 months latter we paid the whole ring, and they posted the ring to London where we actually live, right on time for our civil ceremony , not only that , they also sent along with the ring a beautiful and very touching wedding card to congratulate us in our special day, the whole experience with Sandra and her husband was a blessing!!!! We will definitely visit them in our next visit to Amsterdam !!

Lovely shop with a wonderful selection. Not only has Joe(the owner) got great taste, he is also an extremely kind and helpful person. Recently I bought a necklace for my wife. The chain was a bit to long and needed shortning so Joe sent it to a goldsmith for the adjustment. The goldsmith informed us that the chain was so worn that it needed to be replaced. It took Joe quite some effort to find a suitable replacement. He did all this At no charge to me for either the goldsmith work and the replacement. Where today can you still find service like that!! Thanks Joe, keep up the good work.

Wonderful shop, very friendly owner and staff. My wife had noticed a pretty 22kt ring on web site and emailed over several months ahead of our arrival in Amsterdam. We arranged to see it and several others; the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient. The shop is tiny -but everything is viewable online. My wife is also in wheelchair-but they were very helpful while we negotiated the step. She found her ring, they had it sized in a day or two and she LOVES the ring! They even recommended another shop to sell some older gold pieces she did not wear anymore. This referral saved us hundreds of euro over the price they offered. This was the reason for referral-they knew the other store would pay more to scrap the gold.

Disappointment! I bought an earring from the Pandora store in Amsterdam last year, and now it won't close properly because the pin is damaged. When I went to the store yesterday, they said they couldn't help without a receipt. This left me disappointed. I hope Pandora can do something to make customers happier.
