Go here for bagels instead of those other popular bagel stores. Especially if you are American because this is the place to get a taste of home. The bagels are fresh and the taste palette is well balanced. You can mix and match your buns with any kind of filling to explore new flavours. The New York bagel is my personal favourite. The building itself has indoor and outdoor seating but people with mobility issues might have problems entering the building as it isn't wheelchair friendly. Luckily, they do delivery.

Finally! After 20 years in the Netherlands, I had given up on trying to find "real" bagels anywhere close to home. Then fate put Netherlands Bagels in my path. And they are delicious. I was a bit too early on a Sunday to get the blueberry bagels (tip: the sweet ones are the last to get baked), but was able to get a nice big batch of most of the savory flavors. They are soft and chewy and generously sized and exactly what you would want. Maybe just a smidge pale for my taste, but I will freeze most of them for breakfast during the week and this is probably a great benefit for when toasting. Looking forward to coming back again and again!

Walked in here because I was in the mood for some good old new yorker style bagel with creme cheese, and none of that usual dutch, lets call it "breakfast" (chocolate sprinkles on bread, why??). The place definitely has an american vibe to it, that goes for the decor, the staff and the customers (which i take as a good sign.) Prices are fair imho, open kitchen so that you can see what these folks are doing, staff is friendly and attentive and the bagel is more than decent, its pretty good. Great place for the best bagels in town. There are not a lot of good bagel places in the Netherlands. But this one is one of the best I"ve had here. The staff was friendly. The bacon was beef (& Halal!) Which was very nice. I would definitely recommend the bodega bagel and the chicken club. Definitely going to go back.

Via a sponsored Instagram-ad I was informed about this place. And since I love to eat bagels, I was like… “Why not go travel to The Hague and see what this place is all about?” Take tram 17 from The Hague Central and you’ll find your way here in about 7 minutes or so. It’s a cosey place and has a small terrace for those who would like to sit outside. I was noticed straight away by the friendly personnel. Once presented with the menu, I decided to go for the “everything bagel” with cream cheese + chives and optional crispy bacon. For drinks I ordered the Special Flavored Iced Latte Toasted with White Chocolate flavour. The bagel was nice. Somehow I expected more flavour onces I bit into the bagel, maybe just a punch of salt? This is just my personal opinion of course, my taste palettes just missed a bit of zing I guess. Luckily the bacon added at least some saltiness that I was craving for. Nevertheless, I had a good experience here. The people that work here are friendly, genuine and helpful. So if you are looking for a nice place to enjoy a nice bagel, this is definitely a nice place to pay a visit.

The everything bagel is seasoned really well, and was perfectly satisfying. The bagel had the right texture and chew. The coffee was delicious and smooth - no sweetener needed. We’ll definitely be back The staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind, knows about the food, and takes allergies seriously. They were very sweet to my dog, trying to make her feel comfortable as well. Amazing place, you should find a way to visit.

This is the place to go if you're craving legit New York style bagels! Make sure to try the everything bagel. It's perfectly seasoned and oh-so-satisfyingly chewy. I loved it so much I bought half a dozen to bring home.y The cafe is super cozy and a great spot for brunch or lunch with friends. Karen, the owner, and her staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to come back for more bagels!

The bagels, coffee, and orange juice were delicious and the service was great. The server was very considerate of one of our group’s allergies to nuts/seeds, but could not guarantee any cross-contamination would not occur. We appreciated her honesty and concern about serving us with regards to the allergies.

Have enjoyed several delicious bagels from here. I am fortunately living in Rotterdam and benefit from getting mine super fresh but I know they take great care ensuring quality. The everything intense bagel is my favorite! The texture and flavor is perfect! Highly recommend if you're looking for good bagels.

It's a cute little cafe. The owner was there and is nice. I got a cold brew tea and an everthing bagel with New York topping. I had never had cold brew tea and I'll not be having one again, it's plain black tea but cold, not my thing. The bagel was good, chewy and well covered but the topping was just oke for me. I finished it all of it with a really good oatmilk cappuccino. Don't know if I'll be visiting again but if your in the area it's definitely worth a try. Edit: thanks for your reaction. I wasn't disappointed, it just wasn't 100% my thing and that's oke. Like I said I would still advise people to try for themselves.

Great bagels! Really liked them. You can choose the types of bagel (plain, garlic, poppyseeds etc) and the shop staffs are so kind! Highly recommended!

Food was delicious; we ordered the bodega on sweet onion and the New Yorker on greek, as well as coffees. Great quality. The environment is very cozy, it was lovely to have a few table top games around. Looking forward to returning and to ordering some frozen bagels for home.

The bagels that are served here are simply amazing! The texture is perfect, there are great and diverse choices, and the toppings are delicious and traditional. Many of their drinks are homemade, and a must try! The food is absolutely worth the money, and a must-visit if you're craving an authentic bagel in the Netherlands. Besides the food itself, it must be noted that the staff is really kind and helpful :)

Absolutely delicious bagels, and possibly the only thing better is the customer service. After a slightly messed up batch from an order I placed last year, Karen went above and beyond to correct it. Such a treat to have access to fresh, same-day bagels and to support a lovely small business in the process! I am a customer for life.

Yes, yes, yes! We came to visit on the first day of the cafe opening, and these bagels are delish. The boyfriend's eyes rolled in the back of his head after the first bite. Seriously delicious bagels and American hospitality. The everything bagels are the bees knees. So good! Come in, have a coffee and a bodega bagel on the everything! 😊

Bagel sandwiches were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the BLT and Healthy on everything bagels! Cold-pressed iced tea tastes like it should—not overly sweet like a lot of places here do it. Coffee is also very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Try this place out!

I had the Bodega with an everything bagel. The bagel was really flavorful & fluffy. I especially loved the iced vanilla latte & the iced chai latte. It would be great if they also offered soy milk as an alternative. If you like bagels it’s definitely worth a visit.

This is my second order from Netherlands Bagels and they’re even more delicious than the last time! Karen is really nice and provides great customer service. The bagels were fantastic! The sandwich I ordered, bodega, was so good. I didn’t even bother waiting until i got home to eat it! The staff were great when I was ordering and picking up. I’m very excited for this new American spot and will definitely keep supporting them. You can never say no to fresh New York style bagel!

Solid first introduction to Netherlands Bagels. They really pile on the toppings which is nice. Not quite like the ones I'm used to from NYC, but best I've had on this side of the Atlantic. Would have liked to have mine toasted, which is apparently possible, but wasn't immediately offered. I'll come again in morning when they're fresh! Also someone mentioned salt...totally agree. I really missed some salt and crisp. Otherwise super friendly and attentive staff.

I had a delicious everything bagel with ‘the classic’ (smoked salmon and cream cheese). The bagel itself had a nice texture and was tasty. There was absolutely no shortage of toppings either! I also had a flat white, which was great as well. The employees were very friendly and I was served my food and drinks quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing Bagels! I've had Bagels before but not the authentic ones, and you can really taste the difference. The texture and the taste are amazing, you can feel that they are carefully made with good ingredients. We had the everything new York bagel with salmon and homemade cream cheese, and the poppy chicken club bagel. I like the new York one more personally. Also had a Matcha and coffee, both very good. The personnel was very friendly, and everything on the menu looked good. They also have scallion flavored homemade cream cheese, will try that next time. We also bought some Bagels to take home! Can't recommend it enough. Hope they come to Rotterdam soon as well 😊

I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese - an all time classic! We begin with the positives: The place has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I also appreciate that the bagels are baked daily in house. On the other hand: The bagel did not have a good shape (minor) and the bagel was already cooled when it arrived with the cream cheese inside already melted. This did not leave the best experience. Suggestion for improvement for the restaurant: what I really like about a warm bagel with cream cheese is the contrast between the warm bagel with a toasty and crunchy side and the typically smooth and (sometimes) cold cream cheese. When you put the cream cheese already in a warm bagel and let it rest a bit you get mush. So: how about providing a knife and giving the cream cheese separated from the warm bagel directly to the customer? This way they can control how much cream cheese they want and it prevents the mush effect.
