Bad service, they almost broke my Tissot watch while replacing the battery

We bought our wedding rings from this store. Fantastic service, really great on providing the information and good price too

The attendant is not so friendly :(

Not the smiliest of staff, but they adjusted my watch while I waited and charged less than the rather rude jewellers down the road (who also said it would take 3 days).

The worst! Let my ring repaired here. they said it’ll be between 40 and 60 euros. I had to pay more and believed that it was for a reason. Now 2 months later I discovered they didn’t use silver, LIKE THEY PROMISED! I’m allergic for other materials so now I have a really awful inflamed finger.

Awful watch service. Brought in two mid-range watches to get new batteries. Waited 20 min with the result of one of them not fixed because they couldn't get it open, but they did manage to get 6 deep scratches in the back plate..., and the other "fixed", but after one day the back plate fell off. Never again!
