If you like flowers and/or logistics, this is the place for you. The visitor experience is an elevated walk way in one of the buildings were the flowers are getting prepared to be sent out. The warehouse floor is very active and very visible from the walk way. At the end of the self guided tour, there are several green screen stations to take photos and video at no cost which is very nice. The physical floor auction room is no longer in service now that the auction has moved to virtual/electronic platform post-covid. Be sure to download the audio guide ahead of the visit. The "audio" guide is not really audio as the audio track only has background music. The content is in the text of the guide. The bus stop back to city center is right outside the visitor ticketing area.

Must-do if you're staying in Amsterdam, make sure to get there early, 7-7:30AM. There is free visitor car parking. There are no actual auctions but endless flowers moving around and lots of interesting tidbits. Relatively cheap as well.

Very interesting tour. I gave it 4 stars because the auction is now online. They don't plan to return to live bidding.

We were disappointed the auction no longer takes place in the building. (Since Covid) Maybe wouldn't have made the effort to be there by 7:20 am. We did however enjoy seeing the logistics of moving such a large quantity of flowers.

Very fascinating facility and amazing to see the production in real time! Gave a 4 star because the auctioning is now online and is not visible on-site.

Wow. What a find! We were staying in nearby Hoofdorp and had a free day before flying home. It was a short 30 minute cycle to the flower auction. There are also buses to get you there. Seeing how the flower auction operates was so interesting. The indoor facility is the size of 200 soccer pitches! Seeing and smelling all of the beautiful flowers was so great. Make sure to go first thing as it move fast and the flowers are quickly sent out (it opens very early and only for a few short hours a day). This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Wow. Massive place. Fascinating to watch the electric buggies whizzing around towing carts of flowers. Well worth the entry price. You get a free coffee or drinking chocolate, and can have your photo photo-shopped in a field of tulips .

No auction on site anymore! Gone online due to covid. However, still definitely worth a visit. Incredible size and efficient operation. Lots of constant movement with flower trains. Height of activity is 7am.

This place is an amazing hidden gem. You can only access in the morning 0700 to 1100. But if you don't get there before 0900 you've missed all the excitement. We loved this place and the smell is amazing.

An amazing experience! Seeing the expanse of what goes into having flowers brought to your store...I will never look at a bouquet of flowers in a store in the same way again! Thank you for all of your hard work!!

Highly recommend! You get to see so many flowers and learn all about the flower trade business. We spent a couple hours and enjoyed it immensely!

It's ok, and may be worth a visit if it's not far out of your way, but you don't get to watch the auction process anymore as that's done elsewhere. But you can still see lots of flowers being moved around a ginormous warehouse/distribution center in a seemingly impossible ballet.

Fascinating to watch. The audio is not as informative as it could be. All the auctions have moved online. The actual auction rooms are empty. At the end of the tour there's a green screen with a flower cart you can "drive." This makes a short video clip that is emailed to you.

Amazing place for florists. Unfortunately, all the transactions are online so we can't saw exactly what happened when you intend to buy flowers.

My wife is the gardener in the family, but I was even fascinated with this place!

Fascinating to watch this floral wholesale flower market, set in this huge building. A large percentage of the world's flowers pass through this building, and watching flowers of every variety after auction is amazing.

One of the coolest companies in the country!
