We live half an hour's drive from Siebel, but no, they don't send it. The webshop shows us that if you order there it will be delivered at home and that you will receive the copy within 3-5 days. So I try to call the customer service at the head office on day 4 after the store visit to see what the status is. Completely unreachable. Then call the store in Haarlem again. There was the reaction that I had been "only" 4 days ago and the tone that I really shouldn't complain so much. When I asked if they could check when it was planned for the watch to arrive, the answer was that I really have to check that myself at the head office. We run into many walls and many unacceptable ways of customer contact. And celebrated a giftless birthday. Never again Siebel and save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to another jeweler. Conclusie: defect bij aankoop en niet gecheckt door winkel het winkelpersoneel. Kan gebeuren. Terug naar de winkel. Horloge zou opgestuurd worden en dan zou ik óf een nieuw uurwerk in het horloge krijgen óf een nieuwe batterij. Afhankelijk van het probleem. Maar ik wil geen ‘al gerepareerd’ horloge. Ik heb een nieuw horloge gekocht en die wil ik ook terug. Het is geen Marktplaats. Moeilijk. Aangegeven dat ik hem dan wil terugbrengen. Reactie is dat ze geen geld teruggeven maar een tegoedbon. Prima geef ons dan maar de tegoedbon dan kopen we daar gelijk een nieuw horloge van. Maar ook dit kan niet. Horloge moet eerst terug naar het hoofdkantoor. Na veel moeite wordt mij een nieuw horloge beloofd. Nee deze hebben ze niet in de winkel. Wij wonen een half uur rijden van Siebel maar nee opsturen doen ze niet. De webshop toont ons dat als je daar bestelt het wel thuis wordt afgeleverd en dat je binnen 3-5 dagen het exemplaar in huis hebt. Dus ik probeer op dag 4 na het winkelbezoek de klantenservice van het hoofdkantoor te bellen wat de stand van zaken is. Volledig onbereikbaar. Dan maar weer de winkel in Haarlem bellen. Daar was de reactie dat ik “pas” 4 dagen geleden was geweest en de toon dat ik eigenlijk niet zo moest zeuren. Op mijn vraag of zij zouden kunnen kijken wanneer het in de planning lag dat het horloge zou komen was het antwoord dat ik dat toch echt zelf bij het hoofdkantoor moet checken. Wij lopen tegen vele muren en vele onacceptabele manieren van klantcontact. En hebben een kadoloze verjaardag gevierd. Nooit meer Siebel en bespaar uzelf een hoop ergernis en ga naar een andere juwelier.

    I wanted to buy a ring as a present, this shop has a great variety of jewelry. However the personnel was really bad. Terrible service, the ring was not in the size I needed so the employee told me she would have them call me the next day to let me know when I would get the ring in the right size since she told me another Siebel store did have that exact size. I never got the call, went there a week later to be told that the ring does not even exist in that size and that is was way more expensive than the price tag said it was. There are also no money back guarantees, only a gift card.

    Actually, I think 1 star is still too much after the very poor service. After our visits (and the associated problems), I tried to contact customer service, but unfortunately without a response. If you are looking for a good jeweler in Haarlem, please look further because there are plenty of them who take their customers seriously.

Toen we aankwamen werd ons verteld (in een lege zaak) dat het nu te druk was en dat we paar dagen later konden terugkomen. Toen we later terugkwamen om die afspraak af te zeggen (nog steeds in een lege zaak) was de verkoopster er niet. Die was 'even wat ophalen'. Ze stond echter gewoon te bellen en roken naast de winkel. Inderdaad veel te druk.

    Vandaag, vrijdag 8 juli voor de deur... Staat toch echt dat de winkel open is en winkelbezoek mogelijk is... Of ik heb het verkeerd begrepen en had ik de toegangsdeur en rolluik moeten forceren? Want dan had dat even duidelijker aangegeven moeten worden. Zonde.

    The staff seems friendly, but the store is often closed while it says online that they are open. Annoying if you have made time to come by and you are standing in front of a closed door. It would be very nice if you could adjust the opening hours on Google if they change.
